I run cold at night while my spouse sleeps hot, so I put an extra blanket on my side, but most warm blankets are heavy and pull the covers off the bed to one side, while light ones aren’t warm enough.
I love the muslin blankets I got for my little ones when they were babies, so I found this one while looking for something similar. These feel like about half the thickness of the most famous brand name 6-layer baby muslin blankets, but are very soft and cozy, drape nicely, and hold warmth in.
I got a queen size and folded it in half for just my side of the bed. It’s still lightweight and breathable, but keeps the warmth in and doesn’t weigh enough to drag the covers off the side of the bed.
I’m impressed with the quality. The fabric is made in India, which is historically a source of good quality cotton textiles. It’s very soft and the edges are finished nicely. Overall I’m impressed with the brand, the fact that they provide an organic, sustainable, oeko-tex, 100% cotton muslin blanket, packaged beautifully enough to be given as a gift, all at an extremely reasonable price.
Perfect as a light throw for summer in Arizona. The blue is more of a darker cornflower than navy- it’s soft and comfortable. Does not shed. It’s the size of a standard couch throw. Washed with ease- it’s the perfect accent throw. I am happy with the quality.
i love this blanket. i was worried initially due to some of the reviews, but the price and 100% tag got me. this blanket was so soft right out of the package. after a wash, it was still soft and very breathable. i used to sleep with a polyester blanket that trapped heat so bad id sweat every night, no matter what i was or wasn’t wearing. with this blanket, i can sleep comfortably even with thick pj pants on. it is definitely light, but i enjoy bundling up at bedtime. i just ordered a second to keep in the living room. i also love the design of the blanket as there aren’t any rough corners or awkward stitching’s. i wash it every week and it has held up well. the value for the money is great, especially if you grab them on sale!
