I got this for a 7-year-old family member who is starting grade school soon. I like the size of this lunch box and carrier. It is generous, and I could fit my own lunch in it. Each compartment is sealed to the lid with a silicone seal, and each utensil set is stored in its own compartment. Additionally, there is a thermos with its own utensils. The outside of the box and thermos have cute decals (stuck on), and the color combinations are adorable. I love that there is an extra hook-and-loop strip on the outside of the fabric case so that you can add your own flair, as well as a pocket with a name tag. The shoulder strap has rotating clips to help prevent tangles, and while it lacks the durability I would expect for my own lunch boxes, it’s perfect for a child who will likely want a new one every other school year. The durability is there where it matters. The exterior case is insulated to keep the temperature in and is a somewhat snug fit, so you will want to use thin cooling packs under the lunch box or in the mesh compartment above it. There is enough room inside for these, but not for much else. I love this set, how complete and coordinated it is, and it’s an excellent value for the price. A great first lunch box for a little girl.

Great Lunch Box!
This is the second box like this that I have and I definitely like this one much better than the other one that I have! First off the size is great, it’s not too large and bulky, but it holds a lot with nice sized compartments. I love that the thermos is separate from the actual lunchbox so that it doesn’t take up unnecessary space but is still easily accessible with the included bag. I love that the lid has a handle that is separate from the locking mechanism. Despite it having a carrying bag, this allows the box to be used on its own without having to use the bag which is a feature I really like. I also like that it comes with a set of silverware, they thought of everything! The box itself is very easy to clean, and I have put fruit in it as well as dried snacks, such as cookies, crackers, and chips. I also like that the lid can snap off to make it easier to clean as well. The design on the box is very cute and my son absolutely loves it. Overall, this is a great value and has everything. Your kid will need to take to daycare or school. My son is only 3 1/2 but we used this on a recent road trip and it was perfect without taking up too much space.
