Bright Royal blue - Not dark blue
Our outdoor furniture is dark /navy blue except two chairs that only came in sage green. I purchased these to cover the green cushions. Product is well made but color is not dark/navy blue. It’s a bright royal blue. Returning because they don’t match our navy blue cushions.
Cushions look new
My porch furniture cushions were really looking bad. These cushion covers make a huge difference. The are like a fitted sheet, elastic edges so they pop off and on very easily. They take up very little space when not being used which makes them easy to store in a small box on the porch. I wouldn’t leave them on all the time if they are going to be in the rain because I think after a while they’d look like my old cushions instead of making my cushions look brand new. But when I’m expecting company they only take seconds to install and then my porch furniture looks brand new.
One thing I quickly realized – the thickness of your cushion really impacts how the covers fit and look. In the picture, pillows 1-3 are all the same WxL, but different thicknesses. On the really thin pillow, the covers weren’t tight, they looked way too loose. But on the same WxL, much thicker pillow, the covers fit perfectly. The 4th pillow in the picture is bigger WxL, but not as thick and it’s slightly loose looking. My recommendation is to buy a smaller size cover if your cushions are on the thin size.
So easy to put on, take off and look great!
These fit my 25″x 25″x 5″ thick patio cushions perfectly. They’re made of an extremely, good quality fabric that has a lot of nice smooth stretch to it. The fabric feels like a medium thickness and has a soft, cooling feel to it, even if the temperature around it is warm. They look great when they’re on the cushion and they’re super easy to fit on, giving the old cushion cover a nice fresh upgrade. Plus, they can be easily removed, if I want to wash them! Love the color too.
Not waterproof but the freshened up my chairs
These seem to be holding up well. The blue was a little brighter and felt more like a swimsuit than a seat cover. I used them over existing, faded covered cushions. Cheaper than new cushions and I think they were worth it extend the life of the cushions I had.
