Sturdy and quick to install, but may not sit level on every pool
This is a handy little upgrade for an above-ground pool. It goes together in about five minutes with no tools, clips onto the top rail securely, and once it’s on there’s no wobble, it holds drinks, snacks, and a phone without tipping. The ABS is genuinely weather-friendly, mine has taken direct sun with no fading or warping, and it wipes clean easily. Taking it on and off is quick, which is nice at the end of the day. The dark gray looks clean against a framed pool too.
The one real design issue, and it comes up for enough people that it’s worth flagging, is that the side stabilizer bars aren’t quite long enough for every pool in the compatible range. On some setups the table ends up angling down toward the floor instead of sitting level, so anything you set on it wants to slide, and you have to shim behind the lower bracket to fix it. Mine needed a little help there. A couple of extra inches on those bars would solve it cleanly, and it’d be nice if the top were a bit wider.
Check your rail width and be ready to level it, and it’s a solid, sturdy poolside table for the money. Just not quite a perfect fit out of the box on every pool.
