Great umbrella stand for cement patios. If your area is unlevel it will not roll very well but over all quality is great. I tried a 9ft patio umbrella and I removed it and went back down to a 7ft. The stand just didn’t not feel stable enough in slightly windy conditions for me to feel comfortable.
