Great for storage space
Great addition to any bathroom! It comes with every piece you need to put it together including metal screw drivers. The directions are clearly labeled so you can easily follow along while putting this together. Took about 15 minutes to put together and I had zero issues doing so in the process. I put this in my bedroom bathroom and it fit perfectly behind the toilet. I did have to remove the bottom bar because of how my pipes are set up but I recreated it in once the pipe was above the area. This also comes with screws and mini hooks to screw into the wall or you can do what I did which was use the sticky tabs that comes with it and a zip tie. Worked great for me. Happy with this!
This review is for the AUGOHCMIL over the toilet storage unit for some extra storage space in the bathroom. I like that the unit didn’t require any extra tools. It seemed very straightforward to put together; however, I quickly realized my arthritic hands were too weak. I had to get some help from my daughter who commented that this is not recommended for someone with large or weak hands to assemble as you do need smaller hands to manipulate the middle bar at the bottom of the unit once the unit is placed above the toilet. Given the layout of the toilet space, it was a tight fit and dainty, strong fingers were the necessary “tool” for the job. Other than that, the unit is sturdy and functional. The color is that natural wood finish that my daughter likes, so she is happy with this purchase.

Sturdy, Attractive & Easy to Assemble!
I’m really happy with this over-the-toilet shelf organizer! It was easy to put together overall, and I appreciated that it came with all the tools needed, so there was no need to grab a drill or any power tools. It didn’t require much torque to assemble either.
My only hiccup during assembly was with the screws. They weren’t labeled, so I wasn’t sure which ones went where and had to use a bit of trial and error to figure it out. Once I got past that, everything went together smoothly.
The shelf feels sturdy once assembled. When I went to place it behind my toilet, I did have to remove the lower support bar first, position the unit, and then reattach it. It wasn’t difficult—just something to be aware of depending on your bathroom setup.
One feature I really liked is that the bottom legs are adjustable, making it easy to level the stand on uneven floors so it doesn’t wobble.
Overall, I love this piece! It adds extra storage without taking up much space, and it looks much nicer than I expected. It’s a great way to organize bathroom essentials while also adding a little room for dcor.
Rapid assembly with an attractive end product.
Is freestanding three tier bamboo shelf is extremely easy to assemble. The item is semi stable requiring anchoring to the wall with two methods provided to do this. Neither are particularly attractive, but both are functional.The instructions are clear and straightforward. The one thing that I would highly recommend is measuring your water valve so that when you assemble the lower crossbar, you have it at a height which will clear the water valve or any lines. This will avoid frustration on the other side. My rack had a single linear crack in one of the support pieces as shown. I will use some wood glue to secure this and hopefully prevent further splitting. The pictures I have shown are without the dowel attached for toilet paper. I was surprised by the compact box when I received it as I did not expect the shelves to be hinged with two pieces. This actually worked very nicely and does provide for more compact economic shipping. The connecting support pieces are relatively easy to install despite the smaller Alan key provided to assemble them. The item was approximately $69 when it was sent to me this is probably comparable to similar items available.
Perfect Solution for a Toddler Proof Bathroom
I bought this because I have a curious toddler who seems determined to get into absolutely everything. Our bathroom is pretty small, and I had an open storage shelf next to the toilet that she loves to tear apart when she gets the chance, which I’m not a fan of..
This over-the-toilet shelf solved that problem perfectly. It let me move everything up and out of little hands while adding much-needed storage without taking up any extra floor space.
Assembly was straightforward, and it went together without any issues. I also really like the natural bamboo finish, it looks much nicer than the rusted nickel storage shelf it replaced and fits in well with the rest of our bathroom dcor.
Overall, this was exactly what I needed. It helped make our small bathroom more functional, gave me extra storage, and made it a little more toddler proof at the same time. Definitely a win-win in my book.

I ordered the black, 3-tier version of this organizer (though it also comes in white and neutral, as well as a 2-tier option). My bathroom was desperately lacking storage, and this unit has completely transformed the space.

I was honestly surprised by how compact the shipping box was when it arrived. The secret is that the bamboo shelves are actually hinged, which is a clever design that makes setup straightforward. It comes with the necessary Allen key, and putting it together doesn’t require a ton of torque or physical effort. The screws weren’t clearly labeled in my pack, so it took a brief moment of trial and error to sort out which went where. I highly recommend measuring the height of your toilet’s water valve before securing the lower crossbar. I ended up placing the frame over the toilet first and then attaching the lower bar so it would clear my plumbing setup easily.
The silver screws on the hinges remain visible after assembly. It is a very minor cosmetic detail, but I might look for some small black stickers or plastic screw cap to pop over them for an absolutely seamless look. It does come with wall-anchoring hardware for extra stability, which is highly functional even if not the most decorative.
Once assembled and in place, the quality of this shelf really shines. Unlike cheap particle board furniture, this feels solid, durable, and looks high-end. The black finish gives my washroom a modern, sharp upgrade that matches my fixtures beautifully. The adjustable leveling feet on the bottom of the legs completely eliminated any wobbling.
