A Solid & Multifunctional Occasional Table
I ordered this Small Black Metal Framed Occasional Table to use both in my home as a portable occasional table and as an equipment base for some of my multimedia work. This table is not too big & not too small for what I need it for. It has a solid boxed metal base construction and is not prone to vibrational, sway, or any other kind of movement. I already love this little table; it securely raises my multimedia equipment to the proper working height without being intrusive. It was quick and easy to put together with a #1 Phillips head screwdriver the only tool needed. The table features a black wood grained surface top with a boxed metal structural frame. This is a one tier top only table, there is no bottom shelf underneath, only a structural crossmember. This table is weather resistant and carries a maximum weight limit rating of 220#. The engineered wood top slats and the boxed metal framing components are all perfectly finished with no rough surfaces or edges. A really nice feature is that the four hollow metal table legs have plastic plugs inserted in the bottom to prevent any damage to the floor when moving the table. I measured this table to be a little less than 17 inches in length by 12.75 inches in width by slightly less than 17 inches in height. It weighs six pounds. I really like this diminutive table, and it serves a lot of functions for me. I have a shelf unit made by Kaneodot that has been serving me trouble free for years. This black table is quite minimalistic in style, and I consider it to be a very good value.
Easy to assembly and great addition to my patio
I purchased this outdoor side table for my patio, and it has been a great addition to the space. The size is perfect for holding drinks, snacks, a book, or small decorative items without taking up too much room.
One thing I really appreciated was how easy it was to assemble. I put it together by myself in just a few minutes, and everything needed for assembly was included in the box. The instructions were simple and easy to follow.
The table feels sturdy and stable, and I really like the sleek black design because it matches almost any outdoor furniture. After being outside through sun and rain, it still looks great and is very easy to clean.

Good-looking small table but not 100% stable
It’s a decent small table: powder-coated metal, subtle wood-looking texture on the slats, and a simple/modern look. Assembly is a little tricky without help, but doable with some patience. Only the two outer slats are actually screwed in place. The others are just held in place inside grooves in the frame, and that means they have some wiggle room and make metal-against-metal noise when you move or disturb the table. But most of the time the table is going to be stationary so that’s not an issue.
It’s a tiny bit wobbly with only the one cross bar at the bottom. It would have been better if all the slats screwed into the frame to reinforce the stability. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely don’t sit on the table! It may look like it could double as a small bench but it most certainly will not: the slats bow in with too much weight, and the whole thing would likely collapse with anything more than patio-appropriate accessories placed on it.
If you can work around those small details — and you don’t need the table to double as ad-hoc seating — it’s a nice accessory that looks good with other metal slatted patio dcor.
DURABLE AND STURDY ACCENT METAL TABLE FOR INDOOR/OUTDOOR USE
Very nice and useful metal table.
It is extremely durable, and easy to maintain. The dark gray wood grain finish gives it a nice polished look.
The assembly was a bit quirky. There are six total slats. The two outside slats are screwed in to the frame, but the four inside slats are not.
Instead, you basically slip them into place while you then try to attach the other side of the table/slats. It is not easy. Take my word for it, you need four hands.
Overall, I really like this table because it’s so lightweight, and compact that I can just pick it up and take it anywhere I need some extra room.
Compact enough for tight spots and sturdy for outdoor use
The table is stable and the surface is smooth with a clean wood grain look that’s better in person than the listing photos. It fits right beside my lounge chair and doesn’t take up much room on my patio. The design is simple and fits in with the outdoor furniture I have.
The top surface is on the smaller side for anything that will only accommodate a drink, snack and a small tablet. I can’t set a bag or towel on it without things hanging over the edge. It works fine as a dedicated drink spot though.
The frame is sturdy and didn’t flex when I put things on it. The finish looks clean and I can reach it easily from a lounge chair.

The table top is made of strong “engineered wood” that is a thick and solid heavy duty plastic material with a realistic wood grain and texture. The frame is made of durable coated metal that’s rust resistant. Assembly is super easy, and only takes a few minutes to complete. All hardware is included. Excellent quality and value.
This table took me about 15 minutes to assemble was super easy. It does come with everything you need. Once I had it assembled everything is solid. The table does sit flat on the patio. It’s a nice size and it holds quite a few items. The color is nice and blends and well with the patio.
Great for indoor use
I am so happy with this side table and think it is a wonderful find. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Putting it together was a simple process that only took me a few minutes. All of the necessary parts were included in the box, and the instructions were clear. The table feels very sturdy once fully assembled. I am currently using it indoors next to my favorite chair. It fits perfectly in the corner and holds my books and a lamp without any issues. The black finish looks great with my existing furniture. It is very easy to wipe clean whenever I need to dust it. The design is sleek and does not take up too much floor space. I think the quality is excellent for the price point. This is exactly what I needed for my room. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice accent table.
