• What if I receive the product with buttom broken glass?

  In rare cases, buttom glass may break during shipping. If this happens, simply let us know for replacement right away.

• Why isn't the sensor working?

  Check your mode first:

  I – Dusk to Dawn Mode : Auto OFF at Daylight / ON at night

  II – Sensor Mode : Lights Auto ON when detecting human movement → Auto OFF after 60s inactivity , Note: the light won't activate in daylight

• Why won't my light turn ON or no motion sensor function after installation?

  Before troubleshooting please check:

  1,First find the two wiring terminals on the backplate.

  2,Pls check both wires securely connected , with no looseness?
