I received a defective item the first time — screws had come loose during shipping and there was some wobbling joints — and customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. They provided a replacement, which was free of defects. I am basing my review mostly on the replacement.
Pre-assembly is great – you just unfold the shelf and it’s ready to use. I love that it can be folded back to save space, especially because it means there isn’t much wasted space during the shipping process (so it feels more eco-friendly).
Wood/color: I ordered the black colored shelf as the replacement and I actually really like how it looks with the golden metal. The black shelf was painted thoroughly with no missed spots. The wood had a finished, smooth feel. However the “natural oak and gold” color (the first shelf I received) did have a spot of rough wood and overall felt less smooth. It is possible this happened during shipping. I am not deducting stars for this since the replacement did not have issues with the wood. I would recommend the black over natural.
It does look like solid wood, or at least several chunks of solid wood put together (as opposed to particle board). This is a big positive as I believe it makes the shelf more sturdy.
Accessories: the included hooks are a thoughtful touch.
Size: convenient (see note below) — not too large, but still enough space to fit a fair number of items. For example, it fits my document scanner, and it also fits a variety of teas and small items.
Build quality: decent. Not bad, nor totally phenomenal. The product fits together smoothly, holds together, and is designed cleverly to hold weight. That said, some of the metal parts were not completely straight on the wood (photo included). Luckily this kind of thing won’t interfere with functionality. Still, it is what is stopping the product from getting 5/5. From a practical standpoint, this product does its job well and as long as you’re not too picky about small visual quirks here and there, it’s a solid product and one I would buy. I think the $20 is reasonable, personally, though this is not part of my rating.
Note — there were some discrepancies with the product description and product photos, which customer service kindly clarified:
-The wood is rubberwood, not oak. Per the representative, rubberwood is a “solid hardwood widely used in furniture. It is an environmentally friendly and sustainable material because it comes from mature rubber trees that have reached the end of their latex-producing life.”
-The size is the one listed in the description, 13″ wide, not the one in the product photos. Perhaps this will have been corrected by the time this review posts.
The customer service was really responsive about fixing the discrepancies, which I really appreciated. I would actually be willing to buy from this brand again despite the discrepancies because I found the service to be reliable and able to address my questions and concerns. This isn’t part of my star rating, but they had good follow through.
Elegant, Sturdy, and Perfect for Organizing Perfumes & Makeup
I purchased this organizer for my perfumes and makeup, and it has been a wonderful addition to my vanity. The natural oak shelves paired with the gold metal frame create a beautiful, upscale look that complements my beauty products perfectly. It instantly made my space look more organized and polished.
One of the best features is that it comes fully assembled. I simply unfolded it, placed it on my countertop, and started organizing. No tools, instructions, or assembly headaches required.
The two-tier design provides plenty of storage while taking up very little counter space. I use the top shelf for my favorite perfumes and the lower shelf for makeup and skincare products. The open design makes everything easy to see and access, which has helped streamline my morning routine.
The shelf feels sturdy and well-made. Even when loaded with multiple perfume bottles and beauty products, it remains stable without wobbling. The quality of the wood and metal construction is noticeable, and the waterproof finish makes it easy to wipe clean if makeup or product residue gets on the surface.
The included hooks are a nice bonus and can be used for hanging small accessories, beauty tools, or jewelry. While marketed as a coffee bar organizer, I think it works exceptionally well as a vanity organizer for perfumes, makeup, and skincare.

I love this coffee bar organizer! Hate to even call it a coffee organizer because is so versatile. This can be used in so many different ways. I personally am using it to organize my makeup vanity area. The shelf is made of solid, high quality oak. This shelves are stout, and can take some weight. I will put a glass container for make-up brushers, a basket for hair clips, another for products and I will still have plenty of room. The look of this shelf is very stylish and will fit any dcor. The oak finish has a coating making it resistant to liquids and easy to wipe clean. The beautiful decorative metal frame doesn’t only add a pretty accent but it is sturdy and rustproof, which is great for coffee space, kitchen or bathroom use where moisture could be a concern. HERE IS THE BEST PART! I just took this out of the box and it opened up, and basically set itself upno screws, no bolts, and no tools necessary. You literally just set it down and wah-lah it’s ready to use. It also folds easily for storage if necessary, but I don’t think you will do that much because it is so nice you will want it out always. This would also make an excellent spice shelf. This also comes with a few hooks to snap onto the metal. Be careful the hooks are easy to lose in the shipping packaging. I may have to get more than one because it is such a wonderful organizational shelf! This is an extremely exceptional value for a solid oak, sturdy and ready to use shelf.
Nice quality and can be used for various things
I ordered this thinking I’d set up a little coffee corner, but it ended up on my bathroom counter holding makeup instead, and it’s honestly perfect for that. The two open tiers fit foundation bottles, palettes, and brushes in cups without anything feeling crammed, and the height is right where I can actually reach the back row without knocking things over. Sometimes a piece just works better for a different job than it was made for, and this was one of those.
It shows up already put together, which I appreciated more than I expected to. No screws, no fumbling with an Allen wrench — it folds open and you set it down. The wood is a light natural oak with a smooth finish, and the grain has that pale, clean look that goes with just about any counter color. Mine has a few spots where the boards are pieced together and the tone shifts slightly, but it’s the kind of thing you only notice if you’re staring at it up close.
The gold wire detailing on the back and sides is what sold me on the look. It gives it a finished, intentional feel instead of looking like a plain wood box, and the brass tone warms up the natural wood nicely. There are also little hooks meant for mugs, though I’m using mine for a couple of small brushes and a hand mirror.
Now the one real gripe: the wire rack across the back doesn’t sit flush. It bows out a little behind the wood frame instead of staying tight against it, so there’s a slight gap and a bit of give if you press on it. It doesn’t affect how the shelf functions and nothing falls through, but it’s a small reminder that the metal is more decorative than structural. If you loaded the back edge with anything heavy I’d be a little cautious.
For what it’s listed at, the build is better than I braced for — solid wood, no wobble, and it holds a surprising amount for its footprint. The bowed wire keeps it from being flawless, but it’s a genuinely useful little piece whether you go the coffee route or do what I did and fill it with cosmetics.

There was NO ASSEMBLY! I couldn’t believe it. Typically, any shelf, anything remotely like this shelf arrives as a puzzle.
Imagine my surprise when I gave the box to my 11 year old and asked her to assemble and she was done immediately. I told her- she might get great instructions or she might have to lay out all the parts and figure it out.
Well.
The hardest part was opening the box
This folding shelf arrives fully assembled and folded nearly flat. The sides open up and then the shelves drop down. Everything fits together to a T. All corners are 90 degrees and the alignment and fit for the shelves is perfect.
This shelf would be great in the kitchen, bar, pantry, cabinet, hall closet for soaps or the bathroom.
I gave this to my daughter to help her organize her bathroom and the counter. Its normal appearance is Disaster Zone. With this- significant improvement! I love it! She likes it and is making excellent use of it. Her countertop looks tidy and presentable now. The shelf is very stable, space saving, attractive and it came with two hooks for hanging items on the side of the shelf. Maybe she could use it for hair ties? We shall see what she does but for now- I am very pleased with the results.

Attractive coffee organizer that's ready to use
This organizer is a nice way to keep a coffee station tidy without taking up much counter space. The oak wood finish has a clean, modern look, and the two-tier design makes it easy to separate coffee pods, syrups, cups, sweeteners, or other accessories. Since it arrives fully assembled, it can be set on the counter and used immediately.
The shelves feel sturdy enough for everyday coffee supplies, and the open design keeps everything easy to see and reach. It folds flat if it needs to be stored or moved, which is a thoughtful feature. While it is compact, anyone with a very large coffee collection may still need additional storage.
Value for money is excellent for a no-assembly organizer. It looks more polished than many plastic coffee station organizers and works equally well in a home kitchen, office break room, or small caf setup.
Easy set up; unfold and youre done.
I love how this stand is so easy to set up. You open it up, and in a snap, you are done. What I mean by that is that all the parts are already connected. That means that you unfold the stand, unfold the shelves, align the pegs for the shelves with the sides, and it is connected and sturdy.
The stand is made of wood, but also has some gold metal mesh. Gold is the new trendy color in kitchen knobs, etc. so this will go with those accents.
What I didn’t love is that not all of this stand is well sanded. I got an immediate splinter from one of the sides of the stand. This is fixable with a little sandpaper, but honestly, I shouldn’t have to sand it. While the shelves are perfectly smooth, the sides are not. The stand also comes with two hooks in a little zip bag. I suppose you can hang things off the sides of the stand from the metal mesh in this way.
While this is marketed as a coffee bar stand, to put all your coffee accessories right next to your coffee maker or espresso machine, in reality it is just a two-shelf stand that can be used anywhere on a counter where you need additional storage, but if you don’t push it all the way back, smaller items could fall off the back, because there is no guard at the bottom back, only near the top.
You could use this stand to store mugs, spices, cans, folded hand towels, and almost anything that would fit on the shelves. Your imagination is the limit as to where you can use this stand. Extra storage is always a plus!
I also like that folding it up is just as easy as unfolding it. This is great if you plan to move as it will fit compactly in a box.
Beautiful Unit and Helpful too!
I absolutely love that this small shelf unit requires no assembly whatsoever. Simply unfold it, line up the two metal pegs on each side, and it’s ready to use in seconds. It couldn’t be easier.
The wood has a beautiful, smooth finish with no rough edges or splinters, and it feels much sturdier than I expected for such a compact organizer.
What I appreciate most is how it has simplified my morning routine. Until now, every morning I found myself running around the kitchen gathering K-Cups, regular sugar, sugar substitute, and creamer before I could even make my coffee. I never realized how much time that wasted until I had everything neatly organized in one convenient place.
This shelf holds all of my coffee essentials while taking up very little counter space. It also looks wonderful with my wood cabinets and blends into my kitchen dcor instead of looking like another plastic organizer sitting on the counter.
