I searched a long time and did a lot of research before buying these. They are awesome. They came well packaged and are made well. I use them throughout the year and decorate them for different seasons. They even held up well in the winter weather.
These lanterns are very good quality for a great price. Packaged very well, they do not come with any kind of lights so be sure to note that and order some outdoor battery operated candles! Still value for your money! They look lovely!
Everything came exactly as described. I was a little bit tentative about this as several people had described glass being broken but everything came in perfectly. The packaging was of the highest quality and everything was perfect.
The quality looks really good and will make a beautiful Christmas display on my front porch.
These lanterns are really nice! I was worried they might be junky, but they’re great quality. They’re heavy, sturdy metal. All of my glass panes were protected & wrapped, no issues with broken glass. You do have to put the glass into the two larger lanterns but it only takes a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. The lanterns look great!
Look great! I was going to put them on my front porch but right now I like them for my inside decor. I’ll eventually put candles in them, but they hold their own even when they’re empty.
We had lanterns like this for a long time, but they rusted in the glass broke when they were blown over by the wind. Even though we are using LED candles, I wanted to install the glass because we think it looks nicer and will stop the candles from getting blown over.
One thing I wanted to do was prevent the entire lantern from blowing over like our old ones so that the glass doesn’t break on these. I took some 5 pound weights and some 2 1/2 for the smaller lanterns, sprayed them with a protective coating so they wouldn’t rust and put two of them in each lantern based on the size. I then cut out some of the Styrofoam from the packaging and painted them to match the lantern. This makes them much heavier and less prone to blow over by the wind. Pictures attached
