Never buy ring clamps agai
Oh my! If you got a woodshop, you need these. You will mess with ring clamps one more time to connect these and then never deal with them again. Connections are snug and these things are STURDY – they will likely last you a lifetime. The magnets hold very well even when using twin connections on my Shopfox Dust collector. I actually bought one for each machine in our shop just so we don’t have to detach them properly, though one set will be enough for most woodworkers. Are these more expensive than clamps? Yes. But I’d be wrong if I said they don’t save a ton of hassle.

These work great. I have a large jet dust collector and. Shop vac for smaller tools. The big dust makers jointer, planer, router table, and table saw can now be hooked into the jet without fooling with clamps or adaptors. I can switch from tool to tool in seconds. A real time saver.

I can’t believe I waited so long to try these. I don’t have 100% of my shop plumbed with DC pipe yet, so I’m still dragging some 4″ flex around. These make it so easy to swap machines.
