I had no expectations. I was actually impressed by the fact that it had ZERO LEAKAGE. Also, if you tend to have low water pressure, this hose would be perfect for you. I have extremely low water pressure even though the water tower is literally in my back yard. My cloth hose couldn’t get enough pressure to water the plants down further in my yard. This one has no problem reaching that far. It’s durable, lightweight and just nice all around.
my last hose burst and I saw this and figured why not try it…it looks like the hoses you see in some showers. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! no longer fighting with a stupid hose when winding it up no kinks when you unravel it and go to use it in the yard. perfect length to get to both sides of my yard to water flowers on one side of my yard and the raised gardens on the opposite of the yard with no fighting it due to its awesome flexibility. was skeptical cause it seemed not as wide in diameter as my old hose but the flow is just the same. think this will last for a long time due to the quality of them metal outer.
July 2026 update bought a second hose for the front of the house! Highly recommend this product!
We have on this hose for almost 1 year. We live in the Pacific Northwest where the temperature doesn’t get super cold. However, we bring our hoses in to the barn every winter. This is the best hose we have ever owned! It is so lightweight and it’s virtually Kink free. We love it and we are definitely buying at least one more this fall. You won’t regret buying this hose. Especially if you’re older with arthritis, like me. My elbows don’t want to pull in those heavy hoses anymore. This hose is so easy!
I found this to be a really good hose. It’s lightweight which makes it easy to handle and the nozzle that comes with it is handy. The hose doesn’t kink easily but it will tangled up sometimes. Being that they say it’s steel, I expected it to be a bit more durable than it was. I happened to have it lying across my driveway to water flowers and drove a vehicle over it, which crushed it. So, don’t drive a vehicle over it as it will crush under the weight. I liked it enough to order another one and will use the original as a spare since it doesn’t put out quite as much water now. It also gets hot in the sun so be aware of that also.
I bought this stainless steel hose to help with cleaning around the store, and it has been fantastic. I’ve been using it every single day for over six months now, and it is easily the best hose I’ve ever owned. It works great with both hot and cold water, is very lightweight, and most importantly, it never kinks. I use it for long-distance cleaning, and it makes the job so much easier. I use my own spray nozzle, but the one included is a nice bonus to have. It’s also very easy to coil up and store away when I’m finished, which is a huge plus.
