The JUSTOGO printer stand is a great example of a budget-friendly piece of furniture that still manages to look stylish and remain highly functional. Compared to many basic printer stands, this one offers a surprisingly complete setup for the price.
What really stands out is the amount of storage and versatility it provides. Unlike my older stand, which only has two large drawers and space for a single printer on top, this model includes room for multiple printers, file organization, storage boxes, and additional drawers. It makes much better use of space and works especially well as a practical home office solution.
Even though the materials are clearly more affordable, the overall construction feels sturdy and stable once assembled. The setup process was also straightforward, with simple instructions and easy-to-handle parts.
Visually, it’s another strong point. The design looks cleaner and more modern than you’d expect at this price range, and nothing about it feels overly cheap or unattractive.
Overall, this is a very functional and attractive printer stand that delivers excellent value, especially for anyone trying to organize a home office without spending a fortune.
This printer stand ended up looking much higher end than I expected once everything was assembled. The rustic brown finish mixed with the black frame gives it a really clean industrial look that fits nicely into a home office without looking cheap or overly “Amazon furniture” styled. It honestly looks like something that would cost a decent amount more at a furniture store once fully put together.
Assembly was probably medium difficulty overall. It is absolutely doable by yourself, which is how I assembled mine, but there are definitely a few steps where a second person would make life easier, especially when attaching the larger wooden shelves/tabletops to the metal frame. The instructions were decent enough and all the hardware was included and labeled well. Just set aside some time because this is not a 20 minute build.
What I like most is the combination of storage and display space. It holds my printer perfectly while still leaving room for office supplies, paper, folders, and decorative items. The open shelving keeps everything accessible without feeling cluttered. Once tightened down properly, the entire unit feels very rigid and sturdy. No wobbling issues on my floor.
I do have a few minor complaints, though none were enough to lower my rating. The biggest thing is the drawers are fabric/composite style bins rather than fully rigid wood drawers. From the listing photos they appear more solid than they actually are. They still function fine and slide smoothly, but once you touch them you can immediately tell they are soft-sided fabric material. Along those same lines, I wish the drawer handles were metal instead of plastic. They look okay from a distance, but metal would have added even more to the premium feel. Fortunately, swapping handles out later would be easy if someone wanted to customize it.
Another small design thing I noticed is I wish there were side panels covering the drawer sides. If this stand is not pushed against a wall, you can clearly see the fabric sides of the drawers from certain angles, especially the larger bottom drawers. Some thin side panels would have hidden that and elevated the overall appearance even more.
Even with those complaints, I still think this deserves 5 stars because the overall aesthetic is genuinely excellent for the price. It looks organized, modern, sturdy, and expensive once built. If you want something that adds storage without making your office look overly industrial or cheap, this is honestly a really solid option.
Sturdy and great for office/kitchen use
This is a great printer stand! It was pretty easy to assemble, but did require quite a bit of space to put together, we also built this as a team. The instructions were pretty easy to follow. The parts are good quality, the poles are strong, there is plenty of hardware. When fully assembled, this is a little heavy for one person to lift but easier to manage as a team lift. This is on the bigger side but makes up for it in storage space. It’s really sturdy and can hold the moderately heavier items. Whether you are using this as a printer stand or as a kitchen storage rack, there is quite a bit of storage space, in the drawers or on the shelves. The shelf above the smaller drawers can fit normal sized to a medium sized printer. The design of it is fairly neutral and goes with pretty much any room decor. I believe this is a good value because of the quality.

I truly like this printer rack or cart stand shelf or whatever you want to call it! I started building it at our new place and right away I could tell this was not one of those flimsy pieces that feels like it will start wobbling after a few months. It already feels strong, durable, and like something that is truly going to last a long time. I also love being able to keep my printer right next to the desk without it taking over the whole area. The design is very minimalistic which makes it super easy to match with almost any decor style and honestly that was a huge plus for me because I like pieces that blend in naturally without looking bulky or overwhelming.
This is especially excellent for smaller spaces because it helps keep everything organized while still looking clean and modern. Even though it does not take up a huge amount of room, it still gives a good amount of storage space and functionality. I can already tell this is going to help keep my workspace looking much neater and less cluttered. So far I am genuinely happy with it and I think it gives a really nice balance of practicality, durability, and simple style without looking cheap or overly complicated.
