Almost perfect, but cleaning is a chore
This juicer is almost perfect, but not quite there. I’ve thrown all sorts of unpeeled fruits and veggies at it, just cut into manageable chunks, and it’s had no issues processing them. It’s genuinely fun to watch the pulp come out of the chute, and the resulting juice ends up being near pulp-free. I also appreciate the inclusion of a trap door for the juice output, which is genuinely useful for preventing drips. The sorbet filter attachment is a nice bonus for frozen fruit, though I haven’t tested that yet.
It’s not all smooth sailing, however. The lack of any clip or holder to keep the drip and pulp cups in place is sorely missing, and that can unfortunately cause a big mess if you accidentally hit it while dropping in your ingredients. While removing the pulp filter attachment is super easy and essential for thorough cleaning, there are a lot of large parts to take apart. On the bright side, the fact that it comes apart into so many parts means cleaning it will prevent mold from building up. You can put the parts in a dishwasher, but they’re so big that they take up almost an entire rack, which makes this juicer a bit less practical for a daily morning routine and better suited for making juice in bulk.
I did have a minor issue with some pesky orange peels being reluctant to drop into the grinder. I wonder if it could have benefited from different speeds instead of just the single-speed clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation, but it wouldn’t change my overall opinion much since it seems fine as is.
Also, keep in mind that while you can compost the pulp, you do lose a lot of nutrients by not consuming the fiber in the solids… not that this is a flaw in this specific machine since it’s a universal aspect of juicing, but here are definitely some benefits to juicing that you can research on your own. If you see those benefits helping you with your healthy lifestyle, then this juicer is a solid choice.
Me gusta el producto, la pulpa sale sin jugo, cumple su funcin a diferencias otros, leer bien Manual, ya que no puede estar mucho tiempo activo hay que hacer pausas para que no se sobrecaloente el motor.
AMZCHEF Cold Press Juice
I wanted to try this cold pressed juicer because I’ve been told that it is the most healthy way to get a lot of nutrients and I live with someone who is immunocompromised so trying to get him some proper nutrients is key. I gave it a test run with some apples I got off the clearance rack at the grocery store and because I’m new to this I definitely didn’t realize that I should have included stuff that is a bit more liquid as what came out in the end was kind of like a medium runny applesauce LOL.
Once I got it put together and figured out how it went back together after I took it apart and cleaned it, it was pretty easy to use. Everything locks in a very specific way so that nothing leaks and the lid also has a lock button on it and the second you open it the motor stops. This is to keep you or anyone from getting their finger stuck in the machine which is a very important safety feature. You so much as touch that button and a motor stops. I definitely had to Tamp down some of the apples as we got near the end of my Supply but I was impressed by how it really did seem to use up as much as it possibly could and the pulp and skin that came out the other end was really quite impressive. I threw that outside for the animals and they absolutely loved it!
The interesting thing about what happened with me not putting something juicier in with my apples, I guess I just thought they would become apple juice which was something that someone who’s never used a juicer before would of course think! Is that my father also has issues with swallowing and this was an interesting thickness for him to try out. In the end it was a little too thick cuz like I said it was just a loose applesauce in the end, but he did seem to like it and he said it tasted okay. Of course it’s not as sweet as applesauce or apple juice that you get from the store but I do think that it was enough nutrients that he liked it.
This also comes with an attachment for sorbet which was an interesting surprise! I was not expecting that added feature and although I haven’t tried it yet I’m excited too. Apparently you just leave some frozen fruit out for about 10 minutes and then put it through this machine and it will make sorbet so that is a really cool feature. I didn’t really know exactly what sorbet was but it’s cool that I can make some at home now. As for the juice, I’m definitely going to have to look up a bunch of recipes because I do think that I did it wrong right out of the gate. What I used was way too mealy. But if you’re looking to make baby food this way this is a good way to make baby food applesauce I guess. It’s not cooked though but it just tasted fresh and from the apples I use just a little bit sour so I would have tossed a little bit of sugar in there and been good to go. If I added other fruits that go with this then I would have probably had a looser juice. I suppose I could have added regular apple juice to it too and maybe it would have been just a little bit thick but we just wanted to try it and what came out was okay. I did notice that it came out red because of the peel but it definitely started to darken and what was left in the cup was pretty gross and brown so that’s one thing I learned about juice is that because we’re doing it fresh that means that there’s no preservatives and so it’s going to turn just like regular fruit does so you have to drink it immediately and not count on any leftovers. Lessons Learned and I’m sure I’ll learn more!
Overall I’d recommend this juicer to anyone that is looking for one at a reasonable price. I do like that it’s all stacked up tall in one towering machine so that means that it’s easier to put away at least for me. The cops are a nice size and they stack together and then if you have this space vertically you can stack them on top of the machine as well. Or just next to it either way when you put it all back together it fits in my cupboard really well. If you prefer ones that are more horizontal than that’s totally fine but I like this all vertical and it’s really a neat design. I’m giving it five stars because it really did the job. I’m not overly knowledgeable on juicers though but I think this is priced at an entry level so as an entry level user I think it works great! Time will tell if I will be able to afford enough fruit to use this often but I definitely do like that you have the option to make sorbet because that might be something will do more often. So five stars for now, I’ll update if anything goes wrong with it.

This product deserves 10 stars although Amazon only allows five. I’ve had many juice machines and can honestly say I’ve never loved any like this one. I don’t care if it only last for six months it’ll be worth the money because the design is so ingenious I can’t speak, anything negative about this machine .
I know I bought it on sale because it was a promoted item but even if it broke and I had to replace it, I would pay triple for what I paid. It’s the best.
My new best friend! it is a little bit loud, but it is very easy to use and clean and it takes very small area on your kitchen counter.
The masticating function is extremely efficient – enough that the resulting product could be repurposed for cooking!
I’ve now been juicing more than before, which means less store-bough juices full of chemicals.
Really Nice Juice
This AMZCHEF 3-in-1 Cold Press Juicer looks to be a very well built small appliance. Even though it has a large 90 oz. capacity for source material, it doesn’t take up too much counter space, and fits comfortably under my cabinets.
The instruction book is pretty thorough, and there are also two at-a-glance instruction labels on the juicer itself and another separate single sheet. Even though the instructions are pretty complete, I am a little embarrassed that I initially had some trouble disassembling the unit, until I realized that there weren’t any secret latches, but that most parts simply lift out. After that it was all easy.
They present this as a Slow Masticating Juicer, but it was a lot faster than I expected. It is also exceedingly quiet, and quite efficient. The juice and pulp are extracted into two separate cups at the same time. Both cups are generously sized for larger loads of veggies or fruit. I am intrigued that it can also make frozen sorbet, though I haven’t tried that yet.
This juicer is simple to use, and easy to clean. The two main sections simply lift up from the body of the juicer. They even include a good quality brush to get at any hard to clean areas, but I found that the jet sprayer from my kitchen faucet, and some detergent, got just about everything off.
The only thing I am not so sure about is whether it is as efficient in extracting the juice as the centrifugal juicers I’ve had in the past. They left an exceedingly dry pulp, whereas this one leaves a somewhat moister pulp. But this one is certainly quieter and more pleasant to use. And as any experienced juicer will realize, it does take a significant amount of fresh veggies or fruit to make a healthy glass of juice.
I’ve had juicers before but this machine definitely gets more juice out of the ingredients than anything I’ve ever had before, and this one does it without heat. 2nd most important thing I can say about it was its ease to clean.. seriously I was impressed with how easy it was to clean up and go enjoy the drink I had just made ! I did peel the orange and everything with a peel but that was quick and easy too… There’s alot of drinks recipes out there for different health targets. I had 2 peeled orange in the drink today and there was very little pulp in my drink. The discarded squeezed fruit neatly come out the the side and had very little moisture left in it. Maybe you could use some of that to make other things like breads or cakes if your creative.
The lid has to be locked down for the machine to run. It has a ON button, and a reverse button. I would not plug it in personally until you was ready to start juicing. I filled my reservoir full, which is large, it held 2 large oranges, 1/2 a cucumber and 12 mini carrots without any issues. It quickly reduced those items and I added more thru the top. The top container doesn’t just sling stuff around like crazy but more so just in a steady motion and nothing splashed out of the top of the unit. The containers I could see thru all parts of this machine to I knew where each part was in the process and how full they were. The juice spout has a lever to open and close, I just let it free flow. The juice bucket has measurement marked on it. It comes with 2 types of strainers, 1 for juicing and 1 for sorbet. There is suction cups on the bottom of the machine to keep it in place on your cabinet. The juice catching and the pulp catch jar will fit inside each other for storage. There is a plunger to use for the top to force stubborn pieces on down, but you will learn how to cut certain things to prevent that from happening. This machine looks nice and functions well to extract the most liquid from your ingredients and put in your drink.
