I know these are for outside the shower. But I had a better ideal for them. I put one under the drying rack in the kitchen to catch the water so the water doesn’t seat on the counter when it falls off the side. The Diatomaceous Earth Shower Mat works perfect catches the water and dries up really fast leaving counter dry. The other use I bought it for is to put under the cats water dish. For some reason my cats like to put their paws in the water before they drink it leaving puddles of water on the floor. I have used the rubber mats before and the water stays on the mats too long making a mess. This Diatomaceous Earth Shower Mat works perfect. The mat is so big I put the water dish in the middle and cats are not afraid to step on it and make their mess. The mat catches everything and water disappears quickly.
Perfect for stepping out of the shower. Absorbs water so quickly. Now I don’t have to worry about the time it takes a rug to dry. This just makes sense. I wish they made it in a larger size.
It blends in with our decor quite nicely. The length could be a little longer, but it works and it has held up. It has a texture so when you step on it, there is no concern about slipping or sliding. It’s the right amount of thicknessnot to much, but just enough.
I bought these 5 months ago and I love them so much that I bought another set for my other bathroom. I absolutely love that I no longer have to wash bathmats. They soak up the water quickly and are quick and easy to clean. They handle over 200 pounds with no issues. I’m buying another set for under my dog’s water bowl and for drying dishes. Great deal and they work well.
Best type of bathma
I love the stone bathmats. So much cleaner and less wet than fabric bathmats. I prefer a bigger mat though. You need two of these to make it big enough. One bigger is preferred. Also perfectly flat vs having lines or decoration engraved into the mat works best.
I absolutely love this stone mat! The size is perfect, and it’s incredibly lightweight, making it easy to move around. It looks sleek and adds a modern touch to my bathroom. I even placed one in front of my kitchen sink near the dishwasher, and it works beautifully there too.
The water absorption is incredible—within seconds, all the water is gone! It’s such a great feeling stepping out of the shower onto this mat. I’ve always hated stepping onto towels or rugs because they never felt clean, but this mat has completely changed that for me. It feels fresh and clean every time.
One of the best features is how easy it is to clean. My dog had an accident, and some of it got on the mat. I simply rinsed it with cool water, sprayed it with a lemon vinegar solution, and for the tougher spots where the odor lingered, I sprinkled baking soda on it. It cleared the smell right up, and the mat looks and smells as good as new!

Buy this already but read on for tips
This should just be everybody’s bath mat. Low maintenance and practical. We place it on a larger mat since it’s smallish snd water does drip around outside this mat. Oh and get dark colors. The light colors stain. Looks nice in a photo shoot but awful in actual use.
