I love this for our kitten. I will be ordering another for our ferret. My ONLY advice of improvement which I can do myself is to get mesh screen material and overlay it on the water tray. This is simply because the holes in the water dish are big enough for debris to go through. The water container holds a lot of water and so this minor adjustment would ensure a better clean when taking out the tray because it’s not not you can stop the water to clean it. You would have to take the water container out and soak up the remaining water to fully clean it and that is not convenient.
Otherwise,it looks great. The voice feature is neat and I love the night light in the water dish.
The food compartment has a nice seal and cannot be knocked off. I love the increments of the portions and the app that comes with it. Overall, it is an excellent product that I hope lasts.
I bought this feeding system for my fur baby after her previous set up (motion activated water fountain) failed leaving her without access to water for 24 hrs. Seeing how she’s only 8lbs, that was dangerous and scary. This feeding system has been a God send! It was very simple to put together, looks absolutely sleek, easy to clean, the app has been reliable and even sends a reminder when the dessicant packs should be changed. It’s just the right size for my tiny baby and was worth every penny. I have a crazy schedule and it’s good to know that my baby is still being well cared for by her private butler lol. She took to it pretty much immediately. I have not yet used the feature of recording my voice to call her to eat because she can hear the food dropping and goes straight to it. I especially like the windows to be able to see her food level at a glance. If I had to say something about improving it, I would say I’d like the option to customize the gram size of each portion.” (only a tiny bit comes out for 1 portion so I generally set it for 2-3 portions per feeding) and it would be nice if they added a few extra dessicant packs (although from what I researched some are reusable)

This feeder is working great for my little puppy. The more petite size in white and blue looks cute. While installing it and connecting it to my phone, I almost thought it was defective because it just wasn’t happening after multiple tries. However, after several more tries and giving it a minute, it all worked out. I love the camera feature and being able to take photos or videos from it. I check in on the live feed sometimes while at work just before lunch drops to see my little one. Scheduling the various feeding times for the day and weekends is super easy to do and turn on/off as needed, along with adjusting how much to give. I also appreciate the water goes into a separate container versus straight into the device. That helps remlving the water dish easier, when cleaning every few days because of hair or other little objects in it. Removing the food dish is even easier with the magnet that connects it to the overall devise. It’s easy to remove, pop out the actual food dish, and put back. The only thing I didn’t realize is the packet placed in the food container to help keep it fresh, I need to look into replacing that within a few months. I connect it to an outlet, but need to put batteries in it, especially as we get closer to hurricane season, in case the power goes out while I am away from home. Overall, great device, very happy with it.
A friend told us about automatic feeders. We bought this one so our puppy could eat in portions at consistent times. I determined that 12 portions is one cup. Set up requires following the directions from the easy to follow booklet. You add an app to your phone if you wanted to amend portions or feeding times. You can also manually push the button on the machine to dispense. It needs WiFi syncing with your phone. It also uses D batteries in case power goes out. Water dispenser needs to be cleaned frequently as my puppy eats and drinks and kibble falls into water bowl and it gets cloudy. Both bowls come out so they can be cleaned although the water bowl requires you to sort of lift the dispense up to get it out. Overall, it’s a keeper.
So far, this thing is pretty good. I use it for my dog, teacup yorkie, so it’s enough. I do have to give him six portions to equal the correct amount, but it still lasts a while when I fill it up. I like how you can pick a time to feed and it will send you a notification saying the feeding was successful. I haven’t let it get empty yet, but the last one I had would tell me the feeding was successful, even when there was no more food, so I have to wait to see if this one will do the same. When I lose power, this one reconnects just fine. The setup was super easy, you literally just download the app and search for it to connect. The last one I had was a whole process and when I moved, it wouldn’t let me change the WiFi or reconnect, which is why I had to get this one. But so far, so good. I wish the camera would move, but then it wouldn’t probably be more expensive.
