It’s pretty great. Fits two large high-side boxes.
Assembly is not for the faint of heart. It comes in nearly 200 parts and the instructions are certainly not common customer friendly. I happen to be an industrial maintenance technician, so I’m used to reading Chinese blueprints, so it was only moderately difficult to understand the assembly instructions. This piece uses Sauder Cam Locks, and is approximately the quality of mid 1990’s RTA furniture. So DO NOT use power tools unless you wanna ruin your cat restroom. Take your time and make sure it’s all correctly lined up EACH STEP and then tighten, and you’re golden.
Over all, a very nice piece. Cats dig it, and seem to appreciate that privacy, and my living room doesn’t stink so much anymore. I only docked one star because it honestly does take skill to assemble. So I recommend getting someone who you know is capable, rather than attempting this yourself, UNLESS you are 100% confident in your own skill. Took me 90 minutes with hand tools to assemble
Exactly what I didnt know I needed.
The Hoobro cat litter box enclosure is exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for. I moved into a home that didn’t have the space for two side by side litter boxes. I was at a loss, I have two cats and know I need two boxes. Originally, I thought I was going to have to get an enclosure that would also be a tv stand.. thank goodness I didn’t. This product was suggested to me while I was looking at other options and I am *so* glad it was. The size of the box shelter is perfect. It’s also great for storage on top. The design is seamless, providing easy access for my cats. Both cats are rather hefty, I was concerned that we’d experience some problems with litter tracking out, but the enclosure secures the mess quite well. I bought two Arm & Hammer Large Rimmed Wave Cat Litter Box, Large for each shelf— it’s a perfect fit! For me it was important that I had a high walled litter box inside the enclosure, and the sloped front of those boxes provides easy entry into the box for the cats through the enclosure. I have this unit living in my laundry room, it has contained the odor and the dust very well. It was simple to put together and light enough to move before adding the boxes to it. Cleaning the boxes is simple, with the cupboard doors on the front for easy access. I definitely recommend!

We use the bottom for litter box,middle for bed/toys and the top shelf for food or anything else.
Assembly took about 15-20 minutes per unit. The instructions are NOT easy to follow and they miss some important steps. However if you have some common sense and mechanical abilities, then you will be alright.
Its a sleek design. Fits a Large litter pan perfectly. (21.93″ L x 16.88″ W x 6.42″ H). Which holds a fair amount of litter. With the entire area enclosed its still easy to scoop it out. We havent had an issues with smell….but I did put an odor absorbing stick up in there.
The “pad” is very thin, but I had planned on putting a self heating mat over it anyways so that doesnt bother me.
My kitten LOVES the toys and scratch mat. We did add an additional piece to the top ball.
Overall I think its well worth the money. It is pressed particle board, so you get what you pay for, however its held up great so far.
I highly recommend for anyone.
We were a little hesitant on purchasing this item because, there was only one review. So, I feel it’s important for me to ensure customers that this is a great product.
We have a big family including two dogs and three cats. Our dogs were constantly getting into the cat box (gross) and we needed something flattering in our home to hide the boxes from them & in general.
Final product is awesome. It is sturdy and easy for cats to navigate. We kept the top cabinet as a chill spot and the bottom has the box. There’s also enough room on top shelves to have this function as a feeding area. The little scratch pad on bottom shelf works as a litter grabber when they come out of their litter box so bye-bye messy floor. You just have to keep up with vacuuming or banging it out every so often.
Assembly was easy for my man. He built it in about 2 hours, if that. We ran into two issues. The directions mixed up what screws were with which letter, but he figured out what one to use. Another issue was the one board (picture above) came slightly damaged. We didn’t make a fuss because it’s not on the outside where it would be visible & it didn’t affect product from being built. I do see why someone would be upset, but we are very happy still.
Overall, this is perfect because our dogs can no longer get into the cat box, the cats have a little house/safe spot, my floors are cleaner, you can’t visibly see the boxes, and it looks nice in our home. Worth every penny!!
HIGHLY recommend. Easy to build, beautiful, spacious, keeps dogs from being able to get in the cat litter, cats love using it to potty as well as a place to lay. Technically the top compartment is supposed to be a cat house but I have two cats so I’ve been using both as litter box enclosures. It works great…no smell outside of the box, way less litter tracking than just the stainless steel boxes themselves. Its absolutely perfect. It is made of particle board, however It feels and looks sturdy. 10/10. It’s a little pricey but absolutely worth it if youre looking to get an attractive cat litter box hide.

Sturdy and functional. I needed somewhere my cat could hide from the new puppy. This was a perfect solution for a place to hide the cat little box and the food from the puppy. I removed the toy that attaches to it.
