Good steel, lots of different bits in one holde
Good quality steel in just one holder works well. The only problem I have had with it is that being thicker because both sides of the holder are used, it tends to stick a little when removing or replacing it in the pouch. Since this is really only used on odd occasions, it’s not a bit deal.
Great kit at a good price.
42 bits, in a compact holder that fits into my Leatherman Wave pouch (along with the extender I bought at the same time). A well made kit, with all the tools I want, that’s both cheaper and more compact than the Leatherman alternative. What’s not to like?
These Galvanox flat bits are almost a perfect clone of the Leatherman. They even improve on the originals using a harder steel and very clear labels. However, the devil is in the details – namely the retention notched. On an original Leatherman, the corners of the notch are beveled, allowing smooth insertion and removal of the bit. On the Galvanox these notch edges are at 90 degrees. This causes these bits to catch and become very difficult to remove.
Solution: several strokes with a file to round off the Galvanox bit corners. I did this to all the bits and now they work perfectly, with little or no catching.
The Galvanox double-sided bit carrier is really a nice feature, enabling you to carry 10 double bits, or 40 different drivers. The bits fit a little too snugly, requiring quite a lot of effort to insert and remove. Perhaps they’ll loosen with use, or I’ll use a file.

These seemed like a lot better quality than the leatherman flat bits, the storage sleeve is so much nicer being able to fit in my leatherman case better than having the two separate sleeves in the case. I’m an aircraft mechanic and I go for this more than my tool box at times and have surprised coworkers with how versatile having this and a multitool can be
This set of bits is a great value for my Leatherman multi-tool. The bits work great and I really like that they are all well labeled. The set includes a good selection of bits with various sizes of each bit. The only suggestion I would make is to increase the width of the web so that it would stick out past the end of the bits. This would make it easier to put it in the stretchy sheath pocket. I keep wishing more things would break around the house so I would have more excuses to use it.
This was a purchase because I couldn’t wait for Letterman to get their product back in stock so this was an acceptable alternative and I actually like the layout better all the bits have laser engraved sizes on them so you know what the bed is when you pull it out and it’s a double sided carrier so instead of two separate carriers, you have all your bits together on one carrier so a lot less likely to misplaced one highly recommend it as a great alternative to the name brand and it fits great with my Leatherman tools that I own. In my video I misspoke and said that the OEM Leatherman ones dont have the sizes, they do but only on one side and its not laser engraved its stamped so its hard to read the sizes compared to these.
After misplacing my original Leatherman bits, I purchased the Galvanox 21PC Flat Bit-Kit as a replacement for my Leatherman Wave Plus. I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality and functionality of this set.

Perfect Everyday Carry Companio
I got this as a companion to the Milwaukee Fastback 6 in 1 and boy are they a powerful combo. While I still carry a quality folder, I find that 99.9% of my knife tasks are for cutting cardboard and packing tape, so why dull my nice folder’s blade. The Galvanox flat bits work great with the 6 in 1 and give you tremendous capability whether around the house, in the garage shop, airplane hangar or on the range. The bits seem hardened and advertised as high quality tool steel. In everyday use they seem more than sufficient. Will report back when I beat them up. The kit fits in a front pocket comfortably and the price is very competitive. The holder secures each bit nicely as you definitely dont want them falling loose in your pocket. I’ll be buying more of these as xmas gifts as theyre too handy and inexpensive not to share.
