Good versatile binder that is well made, fireproof--questionable
I like the fact that this had several folders inside of this binder when it definitely is a nice size to carry. It definitely is versatile because even though this says it’s fireproof it’s also good just for daily usage if you’re not carrying a lot of papers. It definitely is well made and will last a long time and of course I question whether it is really fireproof and I would not be able to test that unless I actually put it through the fire which I’m not going to do at this moment but that is the only question I have because it does not seem just from field texture and appearance that it would last through a fire. That being said I’m not an expert on fireproof materials again just from field texture and looks and the fact that it has a regular zipper makes me question that specific quality.

This is a great briefcase for dedicated use. I do not have a lot of documents I need to tote around and make sure are not immolated, but I do move some collector comic books on occasion, and this is PERFECT for that. If it can hold comics from the late 50s safely, it can hold copies of your will and passwords.
It has a combo lock to seal. It is great. A strong, tough lock and the pull zipper tabs slip into it and lock into place.
It has a handle on either half that end up pairing in your fist.
I have not checked the maximum storage, but it seems this could easily handle about 25 comics or about 100-120 pages.
It has a three ring binder on the inside so you can use the included protective sleeves, or add more. I will likely add a small accordion file and remove half the page protectors.
The color coding is really great. You can make different colored subjects or you can group them by subject. It has not chemical smell, unlike the last fireproof device I got that smelled like a used fire extinguisher… this just smells like a new book bag, and that is a great smell.
You can feel the thick fireproof material. It is metallic and waxy all at the same time, so it is a little strange but unique and actually feels really expensive and high quality. It is a good size case, suitable for documents or even cash.
I will not test it for the fireproofing though. This is too big to fit in most safes, but right for a car trip or a secreted compartment in an office or home. It will hold the Final Papers and Important Papers for a number of people.
We cannot rely on electronics and digital storage for our important things… we need things on paper especially should a tragedy strike. This will help you be prepared… so it is worth every penny. This was a great acquisition and I highly recommend it.

It provides a massive amount of peace of mind for home document storage, and it’s a practical investment that every household should have ready to go.
Simple, sturdy
This is much more than just a binder. It helped me organize all of my important documents in one place instead of having papers scattered across different folders and drawers.
I especially like the included plastic sleeves in multiple colors, which make it easy to separate categories of documents. There are also plenty of small pockets for cards, USB drives, and other accessories, plus pen holders and a large zippered compartment for passports or other important items.
The hard shell gives the organizer a sturdy feel, and the carrying handle makes it easy to grab if I ever need to take it with me. The combination lock is a nice extra layer of privacy, even though I don’t rely on it as a high-security lock.
I obviously can’t test the fireproof or water-resistant claims, and I hope I never have to, but as a document organizer it’s extremely practical and well thought out. If you’re looking for a way to keep birth certificates, passports, insurance papers, warranties, and other important documents organized in one place, I think this is an excellent option.
Nice looking briefcase that holds a ton of documents
I wanted one of these so I could transfer all of my documents from my fire safe, which is extremely heavy and takes up a lot of space. This looked like it would fit the bill.
It’s a nice-looking briefcase with handles and a combo lock. It comes preset to 000 but you can set your own lock code. The instructions on how to do that are included.
There are numerous folders inside with an envelope-style closure with Velcro. I believe there are more than 20 folders.
I was able to fit all of my documents, including the deeds to two houses, the survey of my home and land, insurance information, banking info, sales documents and titles to cars, birth certificates, and other important documents. Some of them are really thick, especially the ones pertaining to the houses, and they all fit easily inside.
As for it being fireproof, I’ll just have to take their word for it since there is no way I can test it without setting the thing on fire. I’m just not willing to do that for obvious reasons.
The briefcase is slim, even with all of those documents in it, and fits perfectly on a bookshelf.
If there is ever a fire, it will be easily accessible to grab and go.

We have another fireproof binder organizer like this and we love it so much we had to grab another one. These are such a fantastic way to keep your important papers and documents safe and in one place. This specific item comes with many folders with pockets that Velcro shut so that you’re able to separate your things and keep them together safely and securely. This helps us to always know where our important things are anytime we need something so we go right to our organizer and are quickly able to locate it. We love this so much! This has a zipper capability that can also be locked into the side of the binder. They include the instructions on how to set and change the lock passcode so that you can secure your important things with confidence knowing they cannot be accessed without the passcode. These would also be perfect as a gift. Anyone could benefit from having one or two of these in their household!!
