My kitchen is now brightly lit properly even with the warm yellow color.
These were bright warm yellow color. I wish they had 3500K though. I was sick of the old ones with the lower lumens with the changeable kelvin temp that said no flickering but after a year they started to flicker anyway and was so dim compared to these. These were the only ones I found with 2000 lumens. The rest were less lumens and aren’t as bright.
Bright lights and good replacement for can bulbs
These LED lights fit a standard 5 or 6 inch can light. They have an adapter to screw in to the light socket with a wire and connector going to the light. These emit light equivalent to a 150 bulb but only consume 22 watts.
PRO – If you’re tired of changing bulbs in a recessed light fixture, these well made units are a great long-term replacement. Excellent lumen output and a perfect natural colored light. Easy to install these are great in a closet or a hallway.
CON – If you’re looking for a spot light with a narrow beam, note that these units put out a wide, diffused light.
Easy to install. Has light bulb type screw-in and a disconnect fitting for installation with previous versions. The slide metal wire locks are somewhat tricky to handle but workable. Makes a clean replacement for non-LED fixtures.
Bright lights
I like the brightness of the lights. I switched from 3000 to 5000 lumens. I love how bright my kitchen is. The only thing I dislike is, my old lights had a small lip which fit flush against the ceiling, and these lights have no lip and aren’t exactly flush on every light all the way around. I am probably the only one that can see that because I changed out the lights and I know the difference. My fault for being a perfectionist is that I see everything. My husband and adult son could not see the difference, in that the lights aren’t perfectly flush on every one installed. Looking at the ceiling with the lights off, if I didn’t point that out, you probably wouldn’t know it either. I would recommend these lights. I purchased the 6 pack and saved money by buying in bulk.
