Vale la pena si quieres empezar a entrenar, en general cumple con su funcin, solo hay que tener cuidado de no golpear muy fuerte ya que no est hecho para eso 🙂
Good product. Bit over priced my opinion. I would not recommend hitting it 100% power may not last long time if you do. Overall I yes I recommend for practicing & losing weight. Good for cardio and kickboxing. Again hold back on full force contact. It’s not a professional gym grade equipment. More of a home gym grade equipment.
Great exercise bag. Well made and soft enough not need gloves. I read Some reviews about being very difficult to put sand in the base. It took me 40 minutes to put 100 lbs play sand, clean the carpet and assembly the shaft on the base.
I use PLAY SAND because it is dry and. Flow easily (do not use the cheaper sand for concrete, that does not flow), I use a flex funnel from Autoparts store for transmissions fluids and cut the first section to fit exactly in the base fill hole, and used a plastic large plastic cup. Tilt the base in 45 degree angle, hole funnel straight up and start filling with sand.
Best money I spent on fitness equipme
It’s expensive, it’s big, and it’s a luxury. But if a standing bag is what you are looking for to add to your fitness program, this was an excellent product. The bag cover itself felt cheap, but it is holding up nicely. The adjustability of high is perfect. I really like this bag, it will give you a workout like non other if you are not use to boxing.
Everlast Ominflex Heavy Bag
It was easy to assemble; easy to adjust; good for beginners. I was looking to improve punching strength and speed, thus I found out it is not “Heavy” enough for me, so I will look for another product that would cater to that later.

While a bit more expensive then say the Phantom Cobra Bag, I think it’s incredibly useful and way better!
Sturdy and stable
Great quality bag, very sturdy and stable. Perfect for smaller spaces, apartments, etc. Assembled in minutes. The recoil action mimics the motion of a hanging heavy bag which is great as you can move around, counter punch, etc. Bought it for my 3 teenage boys and it passed the test!
