I was very hesitant to purchase a refurbished electronic device. It’s been a couple of weeks since purchased and so far all is good. Time will tell and I hope my premature review doesn’t go sideways.
Good price for a refurbished Windows 11 computer. Windows 10 computer was starting to rune slower as Microsoft stopped updating so you are forced to buy another computer. I do not like the fact that there are no CD Roms on these new computers and apps have to be downloaded from the internet.
Received the computer in good order. However it came with a faulty Internet adapter. Alex, a QT company customer service agent, is rushing a new one out to us. Happy with the customer service!!
PC was packaged very good. Is in excellent condition. Started right up. Set up in Windows took about 3 Hrs. with up dates. Runs great on 5 G Wi-Fi. Had to upgrade from Win 10 to Win 11. Everything works what i used before.
Day 1 of owning it but so far it’s great! Properly packaged, had USB wifi extender, power cord, cd drive, very quiet, plays roblox and minecraft, and has copilot AI with windows 11 (still learning about this OS not sure if i like it yet). It’s absolutely perfect for us. Fast, and downloads apps quickly. Great buy for our buck!
