Usage instruction & Troubleshooting

User instruction for vacuum storage bags:

1. Pack: Make sure all items are completely clean and fully dry before placing them into the bag, especially for long-term storage.
2. Seal: Once filled, gently slide the zipper slider all the way to one side and back again to ensure the bag is fully sealed. Check that the zipper is completely closed from end to end for airtight protection.
3. Vacuum: Remove the cap from the air valve. Use a vacuum pump or vacuum cleaner to remove the air until the bag is tightly compressed. Once finished, quickly close the valve cap tightly to lock the air out and maintain compression.
4. Store: Place the compressed bag neatly in your closet, under the bed, in the garage, or any other clean, dry storage space. Keep away from sharp objects and excessive heat for lasting results.

User instruction for electric pump:

1. Please check the electric is in good condition before use including the pump body, wire, and the plug.
2. Make sure the voltage is 110V for the electric pump.
3. Plug into the hub carefully, and make sure the plug is input fully and correctly.
4. Put the electric pump onto the vacuum valve, put on button to start vacuum.

Troubleshooting Steps for electric pump:

1. The pump cannot be immersed into the water, it need to protected from the water.
2. When the pump is overheated, please stop the pump immediately and wait for a while, restart to work when the pump is cooled down.
