    perfect hiking boot for me
    I got these before going on a PNW trip in the spring because I knew I would be going on some wet hikes and didn’t have any water resistant shoes. These were perfect, and they have since taken me all around Joshua Tree and Big Bend and Palo Duro Canyon. No blisters or sore feet.

    I LOVE these shoes.

    I wear these Every. Single. Day. They are super comfortable and well suited for all environments and days. I love the black on black and the material is very good quality.

    My only issue is that after a few months, the sole started peeling in one small section.

    The water proofing is perfect; I walked in a shallow river and my socks stayed dry.

    The sole is perfect for hiking and required zero break in days. I walked on various terrain, including rocks, dirt tree root and grass. It handles them all with no issues. I plan to buy another pair soon to keep as my dailies and then use my current pair for hiking and outdoor activities.

    They are not fun to run in.

    Favorite hiking shoe!
    These are even better than the first generation of this model. Had to retire the old ones after 10 years and am soo happy with these. Cool green color and I feel like I am walking on a cloud. True to size.
