Bright, diffuse light spread, no buzz, no flicker.
At first I thought the frosted lamp would be weird. But actually looks fine when off and more importantly the frost look dispersed the light so there is less dark edging: wall to ceiling. The color settings are convenient to get the right look. I used the color 2nd in from the edge of the electrical box for my kitchen. Bright lumens, no flicker, no buzz. On a dimmer just fine.
Good value and looks goood
Overall a solid set of recess lighting that allows to adjust brightness. Got these during primeday so paid about $35 for 6. Only flaw that I had was one of the connectors was broken and it not work at all. I tried to exchange for a new one but only option I had via Amazon was to return them all for refund or exchange. However they were already installed unfortunately so now I’m out a light.

We have purchased these multiple times for projects in our home. These are great value, great quality. You can alter the color temperature, and they are dimmable. They are accurate in size, and they dont flicker. They look great!
Well, I didn’t know what I was ordering really when I ordered these. Now I’m replacing all the canned lights with these. They’re very bright. The five colors that I did not understand are wonderful. I prefer the more yellow light to the white light so far. That’s just it though. I can switch anytime I like to the super white light or anything in between just about. I find them . I’m ordering another set and I’m not even sure what I’m going to use them for. That’s how good I think they are. If you’re anywhere near a decent handyman, this job will be a snap for you. I use them in my kitchen and now it’s so bright, I have to use the dimmer switch but that’s great to have the horsepower if I need it. Ha ha.
No, I’ve put them in the bathrooms over the shower’s. What are difference there will be a few shadows in my house. Can’t tell you how much I love this product and the adjustability of the light colors. Perfection.
