Little girls love the Modern Era dolls.
I personally am not a big fan of the modern era dolls. My Granddaughter wanted Molly so it is her birthday gift. Her glasses and the length of her hair are things I would not choose but, I understand why girls like them. I will always be a Hugh fan of the historical dolls and their stories. I was sad to see Pleasant company gone but, Mattel is doing a wonderful job continuing the AG line of dolls.
The first Dolly ordered came in a ripped box. When buying a $90 Daul for a granddaughter’s birthday, you have to have good quality box. So I had to re-order. But the appearance is good. It’s age-appropriate. And good value for the money.
Gorgeous Doll
I am a Josefina collector, but I hadn’t planned on getting this doll. I’m glad I did, she’s beautiful! I also love the book shaped box with a background of chainsaw and hollyhocks that definitely belong in Josefina’s story, whether today or in 1824.
