15′ Stainless Steel Garden Hose. This hose is very useful due to it’s stainless spiral covering on the actual interior hose. It coils into a small, easily stored roll. The 15′ length is perfect for reaching the end of our house while we can keep the longer hoses to the longer sides of the house. The 3/4″ brass fittings fit our outside faucets perfectly. This hose came with 2 extra washers and a roll of Teflon tape to make dripless connections.
On the negative side, the 3/4″ fittings do lead you to think you’re getting 3/4″ water delivery… that’s not the case. The vinyl hose inside the stainless cover is closer to 1/4″ – 3/8″ diameter. Look into the fitting and you will see the actual size of water stream. For me, the flexibility of the hose is worth the drop in water delivery.
Good Quality
I struggled with standard hoses for far too long! I have a large property with chickens, vegetable garden and a pond area with many potted plants. My drip system went on the blink to my waterfall pond area and I was having to struggle with daily watering with a hose. After a week of struggling with the heavy hose, having it kink up all the time and then having to wrap it back up when finished, I had had enough! Found this and read all the reviews and decided to order 2 of them. they arrived very quickly and were packaged very well. They even came with extra rubber washers and a spray nozzle. I was immediately impressed with the quality and lightness. This has made my daily chores so much easier!! I immediately ordered another one so that I now have these on each of my property faucets.

Well Made - Durable - Very Lightweight - Very Strong!
Outstanding hose, well-made, very durable, and very lightweight. I got rid of a 100′ vinyl hose that weighed so much it wasn’t practical for everyone. This hose fixes that issue completely. If you use or want to use an hose reel, this hose is perfect and makes using a reel easy. Easy to handle and stores neatly on a reel. This hose suits my needs perfectly. As a bonus, it comes with a hand nozzle. They’ve installed a shut-off valve at the working end of the hosegreat idea. Highly recommend this product!
I have a lot of landscaping that requires watering during the hottest days of summer and I rely on manual sprinklers to get the job done. Moving them around can get you wet if you’re not careful, so I’ve learned to attach an on/off ball valve to the end of my main garden hose and then use a leader hose between that and the sprinkler. This allows me to stop the flow of water temporarily before getting close enough to get wet. Then I can adjust the sprinkler and step just out of range, turn the water back on and inspect the direction and turn it back off again to re-adjust if necessary… all without having to return to the spigot or deal with the main hose retracting from lack of water flow. Previously, I had a standard “rubber” leader hose but that was bulky and made the sprinkler cumbersome to store til the next watering. This stainless steel hose is very lightweight and super flexible which makes it very easy to move around and capable of being stored in a much smaller space. I no longer have to struggle against the shape the rubber hose wants to be in, and can place this stainless steel hose in any shape I need. I love that moving one end of it doesn’t necessarily move the whole hose like the way it is with stiff hoses. And because it’s metal, no matter how I twist and turn it, it won’t kink. The protective grips on each end help make the hose super easy to hook up and it requires only hand tightening to be leak free. This hose feels quite sturdy and appears to be well made and I suspect it will last quite a few seasons.
I wish they made these in all black as I would also like to use one as a leader to extend from my spigot to the spot I’d like my expanding hose to stay so that it doesn’t pull all the way back up to the house when I turn it off. In order to do that, I need to run the steel hose along the sidewalk and leave it there and if it were black I think it would look better.
In addition to a leader hose, I think this hose would work great all by itself on a deck or porch or for a small townhouse yard. It’s got all the convenience found in the expanding hoses (light, flexible, easy to put away neatly) without the retraction that can sometimes be problematic. Very versatile, easy to use, doesn’t leak, well made… great little hose!
This metal garden hose is basically impossible to kink and therefore far superior to the traditional rubber hoses. I added this to a smaller metal hose I use in my front yard, and now with the combined length, I can reach almost all the way across my front yard. Even though it’s made of metal, the hose is still quite flexible and easy to move around. When there’s no water flowing through it, this hose becomes incredibly limp, unlike traditional rubber hoses that tend to hold their shape. I think that’s a good thing, because it’s even easier to wind up and store the metal hose when not in use. I haven’t experienced any leaks with this hose so far, even after almost daily use. I recommend it.
I really like how durable this hose has been. While RV camping, I found this stainless-steel garden hose to extremely durable for almost any situation we put it through, yet flexible enough to store it relatively easily. There are times we will be running the hose through a door we want to keep things a closed and tight as possible to keep critters and bugs out. With the stainless-steel hose we were able to pinch the door close and still allow water to flow.
The set comes with several extra gaskets for the hose should you lose any but, they stayed put once we put them in. It’s 15 ft long which is the perfect length for connecting to the spigot or the portable shower for when we come back from the beach. It also has a plastic protective guard on both ends which help prevent overstressing the hose at the end points. That can a bit of grass caught up in it, but I’d rather have the protection than to have the line get stressed/ damaged overtime. The ends are standard for garden spigots in the US so keep that in mind.
I purchased the 100ft hose. You really have to learn how to use this hose to make it easier to handle. First I had to unravel the coiled hose. Straightened it out across my property. Then I turned water on. It straightened out after a few minutes. When putting the hose away I drain all the water out of the hose first. Then I lay it loosely in a big plastic flower pot with holes on the bottom of the pot to drain out if it rains. To water again I pull the empty hose all the way out of the pot before turning water on. I like it much better than my bulky awkward kinking old plastic hose! I hope it holds up over the years. I will store it in the garage over the winter.
