Golden Review Award: 1 From Our UsersGreat, almost perfect, Canopy Bag
My blue-bag canopy is still pretty decent after several years, but the bag is just begging for retirement. So, I jumped at the chance to give it an upgrade.

First, hands-down, this canopy bag is going to be better than anything that comes out of a retailer; probably from most sporting goods stores as well, unless they’re high-end. The fabric material feels tough, thick, and at least water-resistant if not water-proof. The seams look solid and well placed throughout. And the zipper is larger than normal and feels like its heavy duty. There’s nothing that I didn’t like or that made me question the quality of the materials used to put this together.

In terms of design, it’s almost just as good.

It has 3 handles. One to pull using the wheels and two for carrying it with two hands.

This is where part of the ‘almost as good’ kicks in. I wish they had added the two lateral handles that come with most bags. I usually carry the canopy with one hand, by my side. I can’t do that with this one. I might be able to, keeping my wrist at a somewhat awkward position, if I use the middle strap that it has for fastening the canopy, but I’m not sure they were meant to carry the load, so I’d rather not. And while it does have the wheels, they’re not functional in all environments, like the beach.

Which brings me to the other ‘almost’, because of the positioning of the wheels in relation to the feet or pegs, when you do want to pull it using the wheels you have to have the bag at an incline of about 50 degrees or less. That means that if I need to move it just a little, go around tight corners, or want to shuffle it around, I can’t just incline it a little and have the wheels make contact with the ground.

I did, however, love that it has 3 separate compartments. Two small flat compartments on each side. Good if you need to keep small (non-pointy) things. And it has one large bag. This is great if you keep extra securing accessories (like sand stakes, weight bags, or side curtains).

I do want to leave one last comment, however, on an aspect that left me confused. I measured my canopy before ordering to make sure it was the dimensions specified. Which it was on width but a couple inches short on height, 7x7x56. When I put it inside the bag it seemed a little too loose. So, I checked the dimensions of the bag and they were actually a little bigger than described. Mine is 11.5×11.5×65. I’m just guessing that they might make a bigger size bag than the one I got and that’s what I received. I’m not complaining, though, as it’s still a great quality bag. The straps tighten up the inch difference in the width, so it’s just a little loose on the height. For me, that just means I can add an extra curtain if I want.

So, to summarize, yeah, it’s an easy recommendation.

    Recommended! Great value
This is PERFECT for small outdoor events like working at a venue where you have your goods on a table outside, like a renfaire or small town festival. Also good to pop up if you just want to have a place with some shade while you’re working outside, like gardening or grilling. You can just put some folding chairs and a table under it and have a place to sit down out of the sun. Folds up easy and works really really well. Not sure about the sturdiness. I don’t think it would do well in decent/moderate wind. But nothing some sandbags and stakes can’t fix!

High-Quality & Durable Replacement Measure Before Buying!
This is a pretty solid replacement bag that feels like a significant upgrade over my original worn-out cover. The 800D Oxford fabric is decent quality and feels durable enough to handle the elements, while the integrated rollers make transporting a heavy 10×10 canopy much easier. It’s a great replacement for a worn bag, but just a heads-up: make sure you measure your canopy frame dimensions carefully before ordering to ensure a proper fit, as it’s a snug and secure design.

    Great for 8x8 Collapsible Greenhouse
I use this to store my collapsible 8×8 greenhouse. It is the perfect size for the frame and the cover, plus the tied down accessories and water bags. Having the wheels is perfect as the tent itself is very heavy once all the components are packed together.

Golden Review Award: 1 From Our UsersUnzips all the way to the bottom!
This is a great canopy carrying case. Unlike many that you can only open from the bottom and have to stuff the whole tent assemble in ackwardly, this one zippers from top to bottom. The carrying handles are very comfortable too. The only downside is that the bag doesn’t drag well on its wheels. It tends to tip, especially if you have stakes in the side zip pouch. It also looks sporty!

    amazing bag
This is an amazing bag for storing and transporting a canopy. The material is strong and puncture resistant but light enough that it does feel like a heavy bag. Construction is first rate with nice even seams and an oversized zipper that doesn’t jam. It’s bigger than the bag that came with the canopy making it a lot easier to get it stored. The extra pockets on the outside are perfect for all the little things you need and have let rattle around loose before. No more worry about a sharp edge or point sticking in the wrong place. The handles make it easy to move around and the wheels are nice for longer distances.

    This is a definite upgrade.
