This sign for my home is perfect and made with quality! It lights up beautifully at night and I’ve received compliments from the neighbors! It came with instructions which made it clear to install easily and I was able to easily screw it in after drilling 2 holes in my brick home. Just gorgeous! I got the solar option which is nice but I felt the plug would be best for me. I reached out and Frank responded quickly, was very polite and they will be sending me out a wall plug! I couldn’t be happier and customer service has been amazing! Thank you #FirstTimeHomebuyer!
Fast Professional service & great produc
It was very fast considering it is a custom order. It was a couple weeks or less actually. Looks great and even though I had an issue, they were quick to respond and handled it fast and efficiently. Highly recommend this product and this seller.
Updated review: Since a negative review I wrote, the seller has repeatedly reached out to me and has sent the missing items. I’m basing my rating and review on the way it turned out after I received everything.
This product is well-made, as I indicated, and really adds a touch of elegance to our house. It fastens to the house in an interesting manner: Two barbed screw anchors are installed, then two threaded headless screws that go into the back of the sign are pushed in, rather than screwed in, to the anchors.
It lights up well, but I will need to do some more work placing the light sensor to have the timing right–or I’ll put it on a timer.
I had some challenges installing it, simply because our garage wall is really thick and I needed a long drill bit, then threaded the wires through the wall. The video instructions for connecting the wires are clear. (The voltage is low, so one has no hazards hooking up the wires.)
We are happy with our purchase. I would hope that the seller makes it easier for purchasers to reach them.

The good part: Really nicely made item, packed very well (although with a lot of static-y beads in sheets), came earlier than expected.
The bad part: Manual which was promised was not in package, and mounting anchors, which seem pretty unusual, also were not included. There is absolutely no way to contact seller.
Amazon was nice enough to issue a refund, so I will do some inventing to find a way to mount this.
Great quality
Came out beautifully. Only complaint I would have is the lack of option for just a driver without the sensor as I already had low voltage wire connected to a switch.
It was easy to install, (I still have to conceal wires) and looks great. The acrylic construction is preferred to the salt air environment here at the Shore. I would recommend without hesitation. I am keen to try solar component rather than plug in style that I originally ordered.

Very nicely made! Nice clean sharp design.
I am powering it from a 8 volt DC supply to reduce brightness. Packaging was good but very difficult to remove from plastic wrap. Number height includes bar at bottom, so 4″ is actually 3.6″ numbers, keep that in mind when ordering. Otherwise it came faster then expected! Photo is powered from 8 volts. (12v was too bright for my liking). Seller communication is excellent if needing anything. Recommend!
Very happy with these house numbers! They have the mid-century look I wanted and were reasonably priced! An added bonus is that it arrived a week earlier than expected – yay! After I received the product I realised that I should have ordered the AC adapter. The seller was quick to respond to my inquiry with a solution. Very happy! Five stars!!
I was honestly surprised by how much I loved these once they were up. The light-up house numbers look super sleek and modern during the day, and they really pop at night. The fact that you can choose from 7 different colors is a fun bonus — I usually leave it on a soft white or blue, but it’s easy to switch up depending on your mood or season.

We ordered this sign and it arrived a few weeks earlier than expected which was great. The package arrived undamaged due the seller’s care in packaging it. We have mounted it on our front gate as a pine tree blocks the front of the house. We should have ordered a larger sign (which was our error) but we are definitely very happy with the quality of the sign. I forgot to order one piece but Frank was quick to respond to my request for it.
Update: the piece we were missing arrived and the sign now glows. Thanks Frank. The sign looks great!
