Update to the below – I let it continue running until the battery died. I then fully charged then turned back on and it was working as expected. I waited a while to update the review to ensure it continued to work, but I have not had any issues since. It does work as expected now thankfully!

Arrived not working. I took it out of the package and hadn’t even charged it before it started a cycle of opening, closing, counting down from 99 then reopening over and over again with no breaks. I tried the power button for long and short presses but nothing worked. Essentially had to let the battery die before it would stop.

My son suggested I get this bc I was always concerned with the bacteria left on our toothbrush, the brushes are sanitized around the clock. It was easy to set up and practical to use. The battery life is on the screen. Everyone should own this product.

Worked great for 8 months then I charged it and when I unplugged it it stopped working. I did finally get ahold of the support team and it was a simple fix that I didn’t even think of. Just had to hold the power button down for a few seconds and it went back on!
