Broke one of the straps.
I broke one of the straps the first day. It won’t retract anymore. I contacted the vendor and they sent me a video on how to fix it. I’m going to give it a try when I have time.
Edit: I contacted support and they sent me new ones. Great customer service. Love the straps

Best ratchet straps eve
These are excellent, really handy to be able to retract them, and unlike a lot of others, they have a really good length, and are easy to release. There is also never any play because of the way the front bolt fastens the strap. Only negative is that the spring in the retraction mechanism is weak for some reason, and you often have to help the strap fully retract.
