Super easy to install! I bought this to replace a previous one. The “professional” who installed the other did it incorrectly. Follow the directions and you’ll be done in an hour tops! The only thing you need to be aware of is you need this to plug into a pressure switch that does not come with it. If not, it doesn’t stop pumping!!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThe pump fail at 1 year 1 month
I purchased this pump10/2019. It failed 11/2020. It was installed and kept in a shed to inject into a small community water system. Pump worked great for a year and now has failed. Who would I contact regarding any type of warranty?? I would be more than happy to send the pump back for repairs or replacement. I just feel that the pump should last longer than 1 year and a month with a name like Stenner.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersWorked great!
I had spoken to the company before I purchased, and they made sure that I got the 220-volt version of the pump. I hooked it to my well water pump controller so that it would come on when my well pump came on. I am using it to inject 7% hydrogen peroxide to assist in removing iron and sulfur. Note that I DID NOT wire it directly to the pressure controller, but instead to a separate pump controller. That was so that in the event the well pump failed, and the pressure controller was still sending power to the well water pump this chemical pump would not continue to inject hydrogen peroxide.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersArrived broken, doesn't say STENNER. Says AQUASOL all over it. Hopefully, I can MacGyver it.
I specifically bought the whole pump assembly to get this online ASAP without having to monkey with the hose. This is after I bought a Stenner pump head and wasted several hours trying to get the old head off the rusty shaft, then get the new one on the old motor assembly, then expand the rollers per all the written and YT instructions. Now this one shows up with both hose ends snapped off and I’m not certain that it’s a Stenner pump at all. I could be wrong, but I am very disappointed with this purchase. It did not solve my problem like I hoped it would, and only created a brand new one. Maybe Aquasol can spend an extra fifty cents on padding the area around the hose ends so they don’t get snapped off in shipment. I will update depending on how all this pans out.

Updated – Replacement pump arrived and went in easily. I guess it’s not the sellers fault it was damaged in shipping. I would still recommend they reinforce the area around the inlet and outlet for shipping to prevent this from happening. The pump itself is wonderful, and the adjustment feature is pretty cool. I can only deduct one star for my misfortune since it was easily rectified a couple days later. Guessing Stenner in Jacksonville is the manufacturer, and distributers put their own labels on the product. I added a flow indicator to the line, and recommend most folks do so if they can. It helps diagnose plugged or restricted injector issues.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFantastic customer support !!!
I ordered this pump as a replacement pump to chlorinate my water out of a cistern. I chose it partly because the local water treatment company uses Stenner pumps and partly because of price. It is an easy install as long as you some basic plumbing knowledge. The big positive is the customer support. I reached out 3 times to Surplus Electrical Connections and Kevin’s response times were 4 minutes, 25 minutes and 1 minute. And he was able to answer my questions thoroughly.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersProfessional Pump, excellent price, and accessories included.
This is a professional pump! If you are getting a replacement you must make sure the part is exact. There is a low and high pressure model. Power requirements should be the same or else you will be calling an electrician to accommodate the new replacement unit. (120 Volts / 220 Volts). This unit came with new hoses and connectors for a clean swap. Original unit we had was 13 years old, pumping chlorine in a water treatment system. This purchase was worth every dollar!
