Awesome microfiber beach towels!!
These beach towels (or in my case, pool towels) are absolutely awesome! They are huge! They are also so soft, lightweight and perfect for the pool or beach! Because they are microfiber, they dry quickly, can be rolled tightly to fit easily in beach bags and at the end of the day, wash up nicely. They come as a package of 12 (2- 6 packs) and are vacuum sealed. Very easily fluffed by a short cycle in the dryer (although I always wash my towels first). They really are so much more than I expected. I love the color I ordered. So clean looking too. They also have a hoop on which to hang these to dry, and they do dry quickly. They are the perfect summer beach/pool towels! Worth the price!
Upon receiving these towels and opening the package, I have to admit, I wasn’t impressed at all. First impressions were these towels are thin. Living with them has changed my mind. These towels are primarily for my wife and daughter and they love them. She likes that they’re nice and long and wrap around her quite comfortably. She thinks they’re cute, super soft and they have a high end feel to them. The towels have been through the wash a few times now and they’re holding up well. There’s been no change to the quality feel or softness at all and they’re proving to be well constructed. I guess what’s most surprising about these towels is that, although they look and feel sort of thin, they have amazing absorption qualities. These towels soak up water very well. My wife says she usually has to choose between having an absorbent towel or a soft one, but these towels give you both! The value proposition with these towels is off the charts getting 12 for only about $77. Crazy! We put away 6 of them and have 6 in rotation now in the house. I suspect we won’t be buying towels for awhile. Great product! 5/5
Massive, Ultra-Absorbent, and Quick-Drying Towels
If you are used to standard bath towels that barely wrap around your waist or take a full day to air dry, this 12-pack of oversized microfiber sheets from SmoothNovelty is a massive upgrade for a master bath, guest setup, or gym kit.
Right out of the package, the scale of these towels is incredible. At 30″ x 70″, they offer genuine, full-body coverage that feels more like a premium beach sheet than a standard towel. The microfiber blend is exceptionally soft to the touch and tightly woven, meaning it doesn’t give you that weird, “sticky” microfiber feeling against the skin that lower-grade cloths sometimes have.
Performance-wise, they are absolute moisture magnets. They blot water away instantly rather than just pushing it around. Because they are microfiber, they are significantly less bulky than heavy cotton terry cloth, which means they don’t clog up your washing machine when you run a load. More importantly, they air-dry in a fraction of the time, completely eliminating that musty, damp towel smell between uses. The “Camel” color is a rich, warm neutral that looks sharp and holds up perfectly in the wash without bleeding or fading.

Having a dozen matching towels on hand for guests who come for a swim should be plenty, but because these are lightweight, you won’t spend 2 days getting them all washed. I was able to comfortably wash them 6 at a time.
These are blue and white striped and have a nautical feel, and are easily identifiable as belonging to the pool area, so hopefully no one walks off with one. IFKYK.
When they arrive, they are vacuum sealed in a 6 pack to each brick, and once you break the seal they plump up a bit. After washing, however, they plump up more, and are soft. They feel like the fur on a stuffed bear, not like that microfiber material that sticks to your hands or gives you the ick. In spite of feeling like a plushie toy, they are absorbent.
I do not use any type of fabric softener, only wool dryer balls, and I would advise against using softener or dryer sheets. I think these towels would become less absorbent if softeners were used. It’s likely best to simply wash them as you would any other microfiber cloth to ensure they stay plump and absorbent.
Each towel is really long, I measured approximately 5 and half feet long, but they aren’t overly wide, so a towel will wrap around ANY waist size, but depending on your height, if it’s wrapped around your waist, the towel may hit at your knees, or lower for shorter people. If you wrap it so it’s under your armpits, taller people might not get full coverage, but I’m 5’1″, and from my armpits, it reaches to an inch above my knees.
I love that the edges are bound all the way around, and right about the midpoint, a loop is sewn onto the edge of each towel to make simple work of hanging them to dry.
I really like these towels, and for 12 in the pack, I think the price is fantastic.

SOFT AND COVERS YOU LIKE A BLANKET! I’m sold! I couldn’t be happier with this item. I used the first one on mom and she was wrapped up like a burrito. LOL! My other towels are now considered a “napkin” compared to these gigantic towels. They are being tucked behind the other towels because I don’t want anyone else using them. Guests will have to use the older towels that are rough and keeps you damp. These ones are truly my favorites! Once you wipe the beads of water off of your body, you’re completely dry! That is awesome! I plan to get these in other colors if they are available because it would be nice to coordinate the towel colors with the bedroom decor. This is a winner by far!
