    Quality Shoes
Solid shoes! Fits as all Skechers do, easy to put on, lace up and the soles really do have a good grip. Material cleans up quickly with a damp cloth.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersComfy, loose-fitting, lightweight non-slip shoe - nice!
It’s definitely a comfortable and lightweight shoe. They are a tad bit noisy, almost as if they were lined with tissue paper, but the noise is faint. Great traction on wet, slippery surfaces. I work in an automotive shop with epoxy floors that occasionally has engine oil, transmission fluid, water and everything else slippery spilled on them. I can confidently walk through and feel that I have firm footing as these don’t slip. Very happy with that.

Time will tell of their longevity.

I think one of the reasons why people are saying to order a half to one full size smaller is because these shoes are specifically designed and made to fit loose. The box they come in has “Relaxed Fit” and “Roomier Fit” emblazoned all over it, but the product description doesn’t mention that. So to achieve about the same secure feel of a tennis or cross-training shoe, you do have to order smaller than what you would normally wear. Unless you’re working/walking vigorously, I think the looser fit combined with the memory foam really make for a all-day comfortable shoe. If these last a couple of summers, then these will be well worth the asking price.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersVery Good Kitchen Work Shoes!
I run a busy Deli/Restaurant, mostly from the kitchen, working 5-6 days a week and not looking to make a fashion statement with my shoes. These have been my go to shoes for several years now. Yes, they have good slip resistance, are comfortable (wide fit is the best for me), and have a reasonable life. I get a good 12-13 months of use, better than cheaper and more expensive shoes I’ve tried (I’m not paying $100+ for a kitchen work shoe, so god bless if you do). This shoe also addresses my BIG PET PEEVE of other slip resistant kitchen shoes, the soles don’t get easily clogged up with chunks and globs of food bits that inevitably hit the floor in a busy lunch rush kitchen (yes, we keep all work surfaces etc. sanitary as required, but lots of stuff makes it to the floor to be swept up later). A layer of debris stuck to the bottom of your shoes is neither comfortable or slip resistant, and you end up tracking that crap wherever you go (a quick run to the dinning area to greet a customer you actually like?). Anyway, the pattern of the sole works great in a kitchen. In conclusion, I really like this Skechers shoe. They don’t fall apart after a few months, and they work for me in the kitchen. They have other similar types, slip on, flex, etc., but check the pattern on the sole. If not the same, skip it as a kitchen work shoe. Oh yeah, they can be thrown in the washing machine (remove the inner sole and air dry) if you accidentally pour a bunch of bacon grease on them.
