I was reluctant to spend this much on a fan, but I’m glad I did. Unlike traditional fans, this one really pumps out a lot of air. It’s also easy to position it in spots that other portable fans won’t. I put it on the magazine holder on my airplane seat, and I had nice air while everyone in the plane was sweating away. The mist feature and the cooling plate are nice options and worked well, but the fan is the true benefit.
Ok, I have only had this a few days so far but I can already tell that this is my new best friend for the dreaded HOT FLASHES! Anyone going through this or has someone who is, needs one and soon. Get your mom one for Mother’s Day or someone who may not have AC in their home. These are that good. They are small and mighty. I have tested out most of the settings so far, but need to give each setting a longer push at this point. I love the colors and by what I’ve seen on the Shark website, there are more colors on the horizon! There are several different ways to carry the Chill Pill, all consisting of purchase of one of the different types of straps or belt clips. They do look like they would be easy to use, but most seem to be unavailable at this time? There are also other accessories that are not available as well, perhaps they wanted to see how the public response was first? I’m not sure to be honest. I think they are onto something and I personally trust this company for standing behind their products so I am confident in my purchase and I can wait for the extra goodies for a little while.
Chill pad works great. So does the mister. However the mister is a fragile part and there’s not a good way to travel to say a festival with all the extra little parts. This also does not have a charge your phone feature like some cheaper, harder blowing options. For the price this is not quite as good as the other fan I bought that has a light, can sit up on a table and charge you phone. But if you are truly hot and need to cool down this is a great option with a cool design. No pun intended.
The product is great at a good price.
The fan is powerful, the cooling plate is great and the micro misting head is a game changer.
I will need to update pending how the battery life is but from what I’ve experienced it seems to last a long time.
The mister comes with spare whicks. The other accessories are a USB A to C cable and a little bag.
We bought this for a trip, I think this will be a life saver for a long time waiting on the tarmac.
The price is a little high if you are using this just as a fan but as a cooling plate for headaches and a mister I think the price is reasonable.
This thing is awesome! I wasn’t sure what to expect and honestly I was blown away no pun intended. This thing is in my diaper bag for my little one cause they run hot and it’s awesome with all the attachments. It easy to use and portable. Super easy to swap the attachments on. The little metal cooling thing is awesome. As a fan it works well with everything from an almost not noticeable breeze to a pretty strong wind coming from this thing (fair warning it is pretty loud when on that setting) but it has everything from minor to loud sound wise. It looks slick and everyone that has seen it has told me it’s awesome! A little pricy for sure, but to help my little one beat the heat, it’s well worth it in my opinion!
