Seems a tad gimmicky, but it works
It works, but it does feel a little gimmicky, and it still requires almost the same amount of effort to clean. It’s easy to use, but doesn’t add too much cleaning power, so I’m on the fence about its value
That being said, I use the wire brush for the first pass and the polishing pad after. On light grime it moves through fast. The heavy burnt-on stuff takes a few extra passes. The motor spins, but you still have to push it back and forth across the grate the same way you would with a hand brush. The head tilts so you can get into the corners of the grates. The battery life has covered a full cleaning session every time.
The polishing head leaves the grates smoother than I get by hand.
