It's good quality!
The only reason for no 5 star is I don’t do 5 stars. There is always something that can be better but this is close.
If I was to complain about anything, I wouldn’t mind a longer valance but it’s about a standard size.
It seems very heavy material and did have a little trouble when it started and ended on the seams. I think if it was heavier, I couldn’t use it.
You definitely need help from the to time while installing it and I really don’t recommend that you try it alone.
This awning is extremely durable. I bought the 18ft version. It took 3 of us to install it, and we should have dry lubed the track on the camper, but we didn’t, so it was very difficult to slide on. We yanked it in place for nearly 40 minutes and the material never showed any sign of tearing. The end result looks incredible on our camper. It probably better than the OEM.
Great quality
Great value for money. Quality material, nice vinyl cord. Sizing was accurate. Instructions were clear and included pictures which is nice for anyone who hasn’t done this before.
Note that it does not come with anything but the fabric and sewn-in vinyl cord. Anything else you might need for your awning, like a pull strap, is not included.
Cheap to buy. Easy to install
Great value. The only thing I regret is walking on the underside of the awning with dusty shoes during installation…now every time I look up I see my trail of foot prints.

DELIVERY: UPS – Came in a smaller box than what I would have thought and all folded up. Not rolled on a tube. But a few minutes in the sun and the wrinkles came right out.
QUALITY: In our case, it was an exact OEM replacement.
INTENDED PURPOSE: RV Canopy
RECOMMENDATION: I make a HIGH recommendation to buy. The canopy properly fits. Our canopy bar is 18′. This canopy fit the tube with 3″ to spare on each end. The OEM had 6-8″ on each end and didn’t cover the door area very well. This one does.
PRO 1 – The material is thicker and heavier than OEM (18 oz versus 13.5 oz)
PRO 2 – It costs FAR less than OEM.
PRO 3 – It does come with example installation instructions. But it might not be your particular setup.
CON 1 – The wire to the canopy light bar is not inserted or prepped. However, this canopy has double stitching on both sides. I was able to punch a small hole in the top end and bottom end. Then, use a fish tape. I attached the old wire and pulled it thru. Easy and worked like a champ.
CON 2 – Because it is 18 oz fabric, it is heavier. I replaced the shocks at the same time as the old ones were 10 years old and not retracting well. With the extra weight of the fabric, it ‘could’ cause issues later but only time will determine that.
COMMENT: Why pay the extortion of OEM? This one is MUCH, MUCH better and I believe will last longer. The project is much easier with two people. Watch the videos (ones similar to your design) available on the internet. It didn’t take all that long to do. When threading the top into the track, BE CAREFUL. The edge is sharp if pulled incorrectly and could tear even the best of fabrics.
