    Double Typing Fix Here
The keyboard is great quality, super responsive, and also satisfying to type on. The only problem that I have had with it is that it double typed letters sometimes. You would end up typingg liike thisss. However, I found with some research, you can find a firmware update that 100% fixes the problem.

    Best clicky keyboard for anyone!
I was worried about the keyboard as some of the reviews aren’t too pleased with it, and plus, I looked up some online video reviews on this keyboard, too, and some were happy and some were not. But then, I decided to buy it as it fits all my boxes for a keyboard: tenkeyless; RGB lighting; clicky; quick response; and by one of my favourite gaming brands, aka Razor. When the package came in yesterday, I was so excited. I opened it right up and set it up to my computer, and let me tell you, this keyboard is one of the clickiest keyboards I have ever heard. It has such a satisfying sound. Just be warned though, if you have a very sensitive mic, some people might hear it, and it’s not a very good keyboard if you want to take it to a public area, like an office. But other than that, it’s the perfect gaming keyboard! It has amazing lights, satisfying clicks, and so far, I have had no issues with the set up or using it! 10/10 would recommend!!

(After a month) Amazing! Highly recommend!!
I’ve always wanted a Razer keyboard and this is the first razer product I got, and it’s amazing. It’s great for typing and gaming, when I game I usually spam a lot of the keys, and with other keyboards I always misclick because the keys are so messed up, I never had that issue with this keyboard. I got the green switches and it’s so satisfying for both typing and gaming!! The only con I see if the stabilizers whatever it’s called isn’t as good as I thought, they are pretty shaky but for me I don’t mind at all, so 5 stars!!

Golden Review Award: 76 From Our UsersUpdate The Firmware To Fix Double Key Registering!
I just wanted to post this here to try and help others who are having an issue with some of the keys double-registering. Yes, it’s true, we shouldn’t have this issue on a brand new keyboard, and why it was released like this, is beyond me. However, not everyone has this issue, but a lot do, and I’d like to help you fix it. And thankfully, it’s really an easy fix.

Go to Razer’s website, click support, then keyboards. Next, click on Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless. This will bring up the support page for this particular keyboard. Next, click on the green text at top where it says “View software, drivers and updates for download >”. After clicking that, you will see the Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless Firmware Updater Guide page. Clicking on download will open up the PDF firmware updating instructions. Inside of this PDF, there is the actual link to download the firmware, which, as of this posting, shows a Release Date: 17 Sep 2020. This could change at any time, should a newer update become available.

Updating the firmware doesn’t take long at all. And yes, it does fix the double-registering issue. I had the same issue with mine, after updating the firmware, everything has been working perfectly!

As for the keyboard itself, I really like it. It’s nice and compact. Looks and feels great to type on. Gaming with it has been great, too. More room for my mouse to fly around (when playing FPS games) with this smaller keyboard. RGB lighting looks very nice. Keyboard feels well made and sturdy. And it does have a metal top. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I was planning on buying a set of Doubleshot PBT Keycaps, but honestly, I find the stock keycaps to be just fine. The lighting shines through the stock keycaps nice and bright, and I appreciate that.

Possible cons for some. The Razer Green switches are pretty loud when bottoming out. The top plate of this keyboard is metal, which adds to the noise. So, if you type like a woodpecker pecking on a tree, you’re going to be making a lot of noise! I wouldn’t recommend using it in the library, or where others are trying to sleep, unless, of course, you want a shoe thrown upside your head! As far as I know, and I’ve looked everywhere, Razer is selling this particular keyboard only with Green switches, as of now. Maybe Razer will soon release one with the quieter Yellow switches, if you prefer those.

Another possible con for some, there is no onboard memory. Profiles and customizations are created and saved using Razer’s Synapse software.

I hope this post was helpful to you. Enjoy your new keyboard!

And to the Razer support team, y’all should be more active here on Amazon in helping your customers. Offering a solution to a problem publicly, would allow more people to see a possible solution to their problem(s). A look through these keyboard reviews, and the questions section, I don’t see a single response from Razer. I mean no disrespect at all, but from what I can see here, Razer COULD do a better job interacting with it’s customers.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersDouble entry was terrible but seems to be resolved...
I’m using this keyboard to type this review. I’ve exchanged my purchased item twice because of terrible double entry – I know mecha keyboards are structurally prone to double entry caused by dusts and maybe that’s why Razer has developed their own optical key switches that are mostly free of the same issue, and I was about to return this until I received an firmware update notice from Razer. The double entry issue is almost gone with firmware updated to v1.02. There are still cons such as the poorly controlled qualities of key caps and LEDs that users would notice especially when he or she sets the lighting to static white color (some keys would light in pink due to black paint stains partially remaining on letters or LED control malfunction), but having said that, I love this keyboard for great touch feelings of Razer green switches (you know it if you have ever had it) and minimal design that perfectly matches to both needs in gaming and daily uses. I’m happy with it now and strongly recommend users that are in despair of double entry to try firmware update before returning it.

    Tough keyboard.
This keyboard has been put through some stuff in my house. There’s been multiple liquid spills on it and it’s still holding strong. I recommend it 100%. Good keyboard and works amazing with gaming, typing, working, etc.

Golden Review Award: 1 From Our UsersRazer got me back.
I used to hate razer keyboards due to the overpriced junk they were selling years ago, but now buying this lightly used, I honestly DO NOT REGRET. Reason for purchase; I bought this because I dumped money into a DuckyOne2 TKL and it bricked itself one day and the company was unresponsive with help. Decided it was a lost cause and bought this! amazing replacement. I haven’t enjoyed razer greens this much in a long long time. Switching from Corsair with the minimalist lettering and very bright RGB and the ease of the chroma APP completely took me back to razer so much so I even DUMPED money into an RBG mousepad. Insane right? This Keyboard is a very very nice purchase hands down.

There is a perfect amount of give in each key that I never make typos when sliding my fingers across the keys. VERY IMPORTANT FOR GAMING SO YOU DONT FAT-FINGER YOUR TACTICAL AFTER A SLIDE-JUMP. This keyboard is perfect size. No need for number pad, and allows me to utilize my LARGE mouse pad without obstruction. I play on 400dpi so I use a ton of table space for swiping. This keyboard also looks and FEELS great. it’s HEAVY. feels like it was made out of very HIGH QUALITY material. Unlike my Roccat AIMO I had before. The Roccat aimo is such a piece of junk compared to this. Yeah the Roccat looks a little cooler but its keys get stuck, its software is lazy, and its LINEAR lol. I would fat finger random shit all day and look like a bot on that keyboard. Now I feel like a professional. I feel like I’m a man in black about to take down an alien race when this keyboard is in my reach
