- Fish Pond Safe Use: Designed for fish ponds and freshwater use. The IPX8 waterproof sealed pump with epoxy resin protection ensures reliable submersible operation. Thermal protection automatically shuts off at 221°F to help prevent overheating and safe continuous use during operation.
- Dual Layer Filtration: Mesh intake cover and nylon barrier bag reduce clogging from leaves and debris before reaching the rotor, maintaining stable circulation for outdoor pond and water garden use.
- Easy Tool-Free Care: Tool-free access to mesh cover, impeller, rotor housing, and rotor enables quick cleaning and maintenance. Regular maintenance helps maintain stable performance and smooth pond circulation. ACTUAL FLOW DEPENDS ON WATER HEIGHT, TUBING LENGTH, AND PIPE DIAMETER.

My old pump was getting noisy, making as much noise as the waterfall itself. This one looked like it might be a little oversized, but I decided to try it anyway. I am SO happy I did! This pump is so quiet, nearly silent! And the flow adjustment knob lets me dial in the flow just right. This was perfect for my small waterfall!
Well, I wanted to upload two videos so you could see the difference between the pump on low and on high but they will only let me upload one video (the video is of it turned to high). There is not that much of a difference just slightly bigger stream between lowest setting and highest. That’s only reason I gave this pump four stars. Pump works great. This waterfall has about 6 to 8 feet of rise and about a 6 to 8 inch spill way. The pump I was replacing didn’t have any info on the size or anything about it so I was worried this pump might not be strong enough or maybe even too strong. Turned out to be just the right pump for the waterfall size.
I needed a new pump for my pond and this one is performing well. It’s been up and running, keeping the water moving. It was very easy to install, generous cord length, power and value
