- Dual Layer Filtration: Mesh intake cover and nylon barrier bag reduce clogging from leaves and debris before reaching the rotor, maintaining stable circulation for outdoor pond and water garden use.

We got this pump for a relatively small pond. About 8 x 10′ in a kidney shape and only 16″ deep with a 10′ waterfall. It has plenty of pumping action to pump the water out of the pond and up to the waterfall and works nicely. We did make a filter out of a plastic bin and put the pond pump in it to create a bigger filter for the pond itself. I returned a similar pump that arrived broken (not this brand). It was very easy to hook up to our existing hoses and is very quiet.
Reliable water movement.
This little but powerful pump is vey well built. It has an extra heavy duty impeller. That’s what caught my attention. The adjustable flow direction is a plus’s,so is the flow of the pumps. Right at your fingertips. Simple,powerful,well buil. Just a good reliable asset to my Koi pond. A good product at a good pice.
I purchased this for a water feature that I built inside of the artificial wishing Will. The first pump that I had in there did all right, but it just did not have enough pressure to allow my water feature to come to life in fashion that would like. I was excited upon receiving this pump and I got a big surprise when I plugged it in I had the flow regulator wide-open and pushed hard actually was a little too powerful so I did have to adjust the flow regulator all the way down it works perfect. If you are wanting a pump strong enough to give you a nice fountain spray, this is definitely the pump for you but be prepared because this pump is very powerful. I just wish that my fountain area was a little larger so I could fully utilize the power this pump has it could easily run a fountain spray as well as a waterfall feature at the same time. Great pump and is a decent size. I would recommend this pump to anyone looking to add a nice fountain to their pond.
My old pump was getting noisy, making as much noise as the waterfall itself. This one looked like it might be a little oversized, but I decided to try it anyway. I am SO happy I did! This pump is so quiet, nearly silent! And the flow adjustment knob lets me dial in the flow just right. This was perfect for my small waterfall!
Well, I wanted to upload two videos so you could see the difference between the pump on low and on high but they will only let me upload one video (the video is of it turned to high). There is not that much of a difference just slightly bigger stream between lowest setting and highest. That’s only reason I gave this pump four stars. Pump works great. This waterfall has about 6 to 8 feet of rise and about a 6 to 8 inch spill way. The pump I was replacing didn’t have any info on the size or anything about it so I was worried this pump might not be strong enough or maybe even too strong. Turned out to be just the right pump for the waterfall size.
I needed a new pump for my pond and this one is performing well. It’s been up and running, keeping the water moving. It was very easy to install, generous cord length, power and value
