I don’t usually write product reviews. However, I have been so impressed by this pillow that I have to give credit to the creator/company. I have suffered neck stiffness and shoulder pain every single morning for over a year. I really thought it was stress or my age. Every single day I would have to take advil as soon as I woke up. Additionally, I have gone to the chiropractor and had to get massages with my neck pain always returning. I saw certain pillows advertised on social media costing $100 or more, so I did a little research. This pillow got praise and good reviews and was very affordable. Therefore, I decided to give it a try, I have to say, it it actually well worth the price! After just two nights I noticed a big difference in the quality of sleep and no shoulder pain and decreased neck pain. It has been about two weeks since I started sleeping with this pillow and I am now waking up with no stiffness or pain. I haven’t reached for the Advil in over a week! I’m so pleased with this purchase! Worth every penny!
So I ordered this because my girlfriend had this pillow and my neck was killing me for a few weeks. I basically pulled a left side neck muscle and every way I would lay down, my neck would be cramping and painful. I tried hers out a few times and ordered it. Much better than trying to roll up a thing pillow to support my neck, that never worked well. This pillow fully gave me the support so that my neck wasn’t strained. I usually hate firm pillows but this pillow is a bit firm but also seems to adjust to your weight in the right spots and give you full support. The side sleeping option actually worked well also which it wasn’t working with any other pillow. I gave it four stars because I didn’t feel like it was a “fit like a glove” comfort, but it works very very well and I would recommend it. You can tell they put effort in the material as well.
This is a very comfortable and very well-made pillow thatallows for personal adjustment even after purchase. It is a very firm pillow and I find that it effectively supports me while sleeping on my back and side. If you are a tummy sleeper, this would not be a recommended pillow for you. Other than that caveat, I think this is an excellent alternative to traditional pillows.
Awesome pillow!
I love my new pillow’. It helps me sleep better & longer I wake up without any neck or shoulder pain. It takes a few weeks to get used to it but after that it’s awesome.
I’ve been using the Osteo Cervical Pillow for my neck pain, and it’s made a noticeable difference. The ergonomic contour provides excellent support for my neck and helps keep my spine aligned while I sleep. I wake up with much less stiffness and fewer headaches than before.
The pillow is comfortable without being too firm, and it works well whether I sleep on my back or side. It took me a couple of nights to adjust to the shape, but after that, my sleep quality improved significantly.

Perfect pillow to alleviate
Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money
I have a shoulder impingement that comes and goes combined with arthritis spread through my shoulder and neck. The very first night I noticed immediate relief in my neck upon waking up. No stiff aching pain in my neck, no more pain when trying to turn my head, no more feeling like I needed someone to pull my head backwards to crack my cervical spine, and the added benefit that this pillow does not require me to have to put my arm behind it and prevents me from tossing and turning my head all night long which would further complicate my shoulder issues. Pillow is firm but soft enough to let you sink into it a tiny bit and is not overly warm like a lot of foam type bedding.
