I got these for HIIT and light weights lifting. They are great, so much better than the running shoes I was wearing. That said, I don’t think these would be great for any type of walking or running, and they run really short. I wear a 10 in brooks and had to go up to a 10.5 in these.
Shoes came in perfect condition! The did come a little late, but that was no big deal. I use them for lifting and they are so comfortable! Nice and flat for heavy lifting days.

These are legit some of the best sneakers for lifting weights, so stable and grippy, and very comfortable on my flat and wide feet, true to size, I bought a half size up and had to return them, return process was great refund issued definitely recommend
