Product description

I recently acquired this monTEK dual monitor stand, and I’m quite pleased with it. The tempered glass base gives it a clean, modern look that elevates my workspace. More importantly, it feels very secure. My two monitors (27″ each) are held steadily with absolutely no wobble, which was a concern I had with other stands.
The top-mount installation was a breeze. I’ve assembled similar products before that required contorting myself under the desk, but this was truly simple to put together from above. The instructions were clear, and all necessary tools were included.
The arms offer a good range of motion and height adjustability, allowing me to find the perfect ergonomic setup. The VESA compatibility is as advertised; my monitors attached without any issues. It’s a well-designed product that delivers on its promises of stability and ease of use. I highly recommend it if you’re looking to upgrade your dual monitor setup.
Montek for me is the brand we’re not talking enough about but should be. They’re delivering quality solutions without breaking the budget.
I started purchasing from them last year and every single product I’ve purchased to date from them has been complete, solid and well-designed. This is no exception. If you want a stylish monitor stand to mount your displays side by side, this is a great option. The arms are fully adjustable. Mounting brackets are VESA compliant, you can also run your cables neatly using the provided cable management clips.
If you’re looking for a stylish way to mount your displays to reliable hardware, this is a great choice. Highly recommend it.
Wanted to get the monitors off the desk surface and free up some space. This did that and then some. The glass base looks genuinely sharp, the kind of piece that makes the whole desk look more intentional without trying too hard.
Arms are solid. No wobble once everything is dialed in, and the range of motion is better than expected. Tilt, swivel, height adjustment, it all moves smoothly and locks where you want it. Both monitors sit at eye level now, and my neck noticed the difference within a few days.
Installation is straightforward if you follow the steps. The top-mount design means no crawling under the desk, which I appreciated. Cable management clips are a small detail that actually matters when you’re staring at the setup every day.
Here’s the honest part: this thing is heavy. The glass base sounds elegant until you’re lifting the box. Moving it around the desk to find the right position is a two-person job if you don’t want to scratch anything. Once it’s placed, it stays put, which is the whole point, but factor that into your setup day.
Also worth noting the glass base, while beautiful, is unforgiving if something gets knocked into it. Treat it accordingly.
For a clean, stable, professional-looking dual monitor setup, the value is real. Just clear your afternoon and maybe ask someone to help you carry it in.
Elegant glass base, sturdy materials, no clamps loosening over time
I had been using arm-style monitor mounts that clamp onto the desk, but over time they started getting loose and it was becoming harder to keep my monitors positioned the way I wanted. So I was looking for a freestanding option that would stay in place without depending on a clamp, and this stand looked like the right solution for me.
I just opened the box and the build already feels really sturdy. The materials feel solid in your hands, and you can tell it is meant to support real weight without flexing or wobbling. The glass base looks clean and refined, with a nice finish.
Assembly looks simple from what I can tell. The pieces are clearly laid out and the design is straightforward, so I am expecting it to come together without much trouble.
The freestanding design is what I was looking for because there are no clamps to lose grip on the desk over time. Once it is in place, it should just stay put. So far I am happy I made the switch.
Great Dual Monitor Stand, Nice Design.
The quality of this stand is good. The base is glass on the service and a tasteful oval cover obscures the screws that secure the mounting pole to the base. The whole unit feels sturdy, aided in large part to a wide base and all-metal monitor arms. Installation was uncomplicated and the illustrations in the assembly instructions were pretty easy to follow. The monitors are adjustable in most ways: straight up/down, tilt up/down, can extend outward or contract inward.
The two monitors I use have the VESA plate holes situated differently: one in the middle of the back of the monitor and the other one closer to the bottom. As a result the former monitor sits lower than the latter monitor and there’s no way to adjust so that they line up horizontally. It’s not enough to inconvenience me personally but could be an issue for some, so that’s something to be aware of if mounting different model monitors, especially different sized monitors.
At the time of this review, this item is $67.99. My research shows this to be a mid-range price for this item. You can get a dual monitor stand for less, but the bases don’t look as sturdy and durable as this model.
