Unique sounds, easy to play, loads of fu
The appearance of the toy is unique, colorful, and attractive to children. The assembly of the product was very easy and took less than five minutes.
My three-year-old son was instantly drawn to it – especially the wooden balls and bright colors. He was absolutely thrilled to hear the unique sound of the ball hitting the different-sized xylophone-style pieces. The toy is well-built and stable enough for my toddler to play independently. The simplicity, sounds, colors, and balls have kept my three-year-old entertained during playtime.
The quality is excellent. The wood feels solid, and the paint feels smooth with no chips or cracks. I initially felt that the colorful pieces of wood were a bit too thick because I had a hard time getting them wedged into their corresponding slots. However, the size of the boards gives it a very snug and tight fit.
The current price of $32.99 seems like a fair value for the money based on the quality and entertainment value.

Beautiful and aesthetically pleasing set that doesn’t skimp on fu
This marble run is so nice, well made, beautifully colored and makes a nice sound. Assembly was super easy. I do wish there was padding on the bottom in case you don’t want to put it in carpeting.
Some of the petals are a good, snug fit while others slip right out. As long as my kid doesn’t lose them by taking them out and playing with them, it’s not such a big problem. They are tight enough that just using it won’t cause the loose ones to fall out, but moving it around can.
You can use marbles or other small balls to show how different densities will go different speeds, but the balls that come with it are great too. But beware: when your kid gets a bunch of balls going down at once it can get a bit loud!
I love that the balls are bigger, but the 2 wooden pieces came undone easily
I had another similar wooden marble music tree that I got my kids for Christmas but it unfortunately broke shortly after. The marbles were also REALLY small (.07 inches), and my toddler was constantly trying to eat them which was a problem as they were a choking hazard. I wanted to replace it because my kids LOVED it but I couldn’t find a music tree that had big enough balls that wouldn’t be as much as a hazard to my toddler.
I finally came across this one that had bigger ball sizes (1.1 inch) which is the reason why I got it. I got the 27.8 inches height one and it’s a good size for my kids who are different ages: 19 months, 3.5 yrs, and 6 yrs. My 19 month old absolutely loves this music tree, he was cracking up laughing and was so happy putting the balls at the top and watching it go down. My 6 yr old enjoys playing with it too.
It’s fun to place the balls on at different times to create different melodies because different placement of the balls can create a different sound each time. My 6 yr old likes experimenting that way, placing them on at different times.
I was happy to finally find a replacement that had bigger balls so all my kids could enjoy it safely. I will say, even though the balls are bigger, my 19 month old still tries to put these in his mouth so I still need to watch him with it, but they are better than the marbles that came with our old one.
Unfortunately, I did have an issue with this music tree. It was supposed to be reinforced with a screw to keep the two pieces together and keep it from easily breaking. My son ended up falling off our soft play and hit into this music tree, making the top piece come off from the bottom piece despite the screw holding the pieces together.
So now the pieces are not stable and can easily come apart. The screw didn’t really do much to prevent it from breaking. It’s still usable but the top piece is not stable, so I’m wondering if I can glue it together instead to make it permanent so it isn’t unstable.
Because of this, I’m giving it 4 stars. It’s still a fun toy that my kids enjoy, but that screw did nothing to help the pieces so thats why I knocked it down a star.

Keeps a toddler entertained
I was looking for something engaging to keep my grandson occupied that wouldn’t just end up broken in a corner after two days, and this little music tree really delivered. When I first put it together, I was genuinely surprised by how sturdy it felt. You actually screw the core pillars together with a wrench they provide, so when you pick it up to move it from the living room to the playroom, it doesn’t just fall apart in your hands.
The wood feels solid and smooth, and the colors on the leaves are bright without looking cheap. Putting it together didn’t take long at all, which is a massive plus when you have an impatient toddler hovering over you.
There’s this great, rhythmic clicking sound as the balls roll down the leaves—it’s actually pretty soothing and not jarring like most plastic electronic toys. Because the balls are a bit larger than standard marbles, they’re much easier for little hands to grab and track visually. My grandson will just sit there and drop the balls down over and over again, completely mesmerized by the cause-and-effect of it.
The leaves stay put in their slots really well, even when my grandson gets a little enthusiastic with it. For the price, the quality and the sheer amount of quiet playtime it buys me makes it a fantastic value. It’s a simple, well-made toy that actually does what it’s supposed to do.
Beautifully constructed toy that will keep your kids off screens
While I was skeptical that our older child would also enjoy this, I found that this truly is a great toy for all ages. Our toddler was totally fascinated by it and loved watching the balls drop and focusing on the different sounds it makes. Our 8-year old felt like it was a “baby toy” at first, but soon enough, she was dropping balls down it and having fun, as well! It kept her occupied for a solid 20 minutes at one time, even as a “big kid.” It’s such a simple toy but also a really engaging one. As a family that limits screen time, this toy is a big win for us.
The quality is really nice. The painted balls and wooden pieces aren’t chipping at all, and the pieces were so easy to slip into the grooves on the marble tower. The quality and beautiful presentation in a nice gift box would make this a lovely present.
One thing I would make sure you heed caution with is the choking hazard with this toy. The manufacturer says it’s for 3 and up, and they’re absolutely right. The balls are very small and look like yummy pastel candies; the first thing our 1-year old did was walk up and try to pop one in her mouth. This is definitely a toy to supervise if a younger child is present who is still in the “everything goes in the mouth” stage of development!
