This Glass Air Fryer works great. Very affordable yet very comparable to the branded one which is way more expensive. Non toxic and very great quality. Heats up nicely and heats up fast. Durable and safe to use. Love it!
This Magnifique, Glass Air Fryer works fantastic! It’s very easy to operate and cleans up with just soap and water in the bowl. This air fryer made the best 1/3 lb. hamburgers we’ve ever had cooked this way, they were crispy around the edges and super juicy inside in just 16 minutes from frozen. I also made huge baked potatoes in about 45 minutes that were crispy outside and fluffy on the inside, delicious.
This set comes with a silicone sleeve to set it inside so it’s safe to use on the counter top and it fits both bowls. The included finger style hot pads are heavy duty and work great to repell heat. The lid on this where you pick it up doesn’t get hot at all so you don’t need the hot pads to remove the top, it’s the bowls themselves that get hot; you need them to handle those. I did notice that the cord gets a little warm when I unplugged it but nothing concerning. Using this air fryer was very simple, the instructions are clear and easy to understand. I love the versatility of this with the two sizes of bowls to choose from, it also has a lid that fits them both for storage in the refrigerator. There’s just so many things you can do with this machine, I’m really enjoying it. The value on this is good.
Very Versatile
Easy to use Air Fryer, comes with 2 glass bowls, one 4.5 qt, the other a smaller 2.5 qt, they are dishwasher safe and easy to clean. They also make it nice so that you don’t have to dirty another dish as a serving bowl. The 2.5 quart is quite shallow so it is best for things like chicken wings or potatoes. The 4.5 qt bowl is deeper and suited for slightly taller items. The controls are easy to understand and use. The included crisper disc helps add a nice crisp finish to whatever you are cooking. Takes up about the same amount of counter space as a larger coffe maker. Price is reasonable.
The MAGNIFIQUE Glass Air Fryer is an outstanding kitchen tool. I absolutely love the user friendly design, versatility, and nontoxic quality. It offers two heavy duty glass pots for cooking in—either 2.5 quarts or 4.5 quarts—which is very helpful to serve your cooking needs. It’s so convenient to be able to prepare a wide selection of foods whether I want to bake sweet potatoes, air fry onion rings, or reheat fries—just to name a few options. Also, this air fryer has a very nice appearance and looks great on my counter while also not taking up a lot of space. The included accessories—the oven mitt and lid for the glass pots are also very handy! The lid makes it easy to store leftovers. This is all around a fantastic item —well made and appears durable. Beautiful color also. I am very happy with it!
I have used several air-fryers and this is the first time using one of this style. I can say that impressed would be an understatement. The fact each setting has a preset cooking temperature, makes this an incredibly simple “set it & forget it” set up. The power is great on this. I used it for some frozen chicken, and not only did it cook very quickly, but they were incredibly crisp and sizzling. I love everything that comes with the kit, from the 2 different sized pots to the oven mits. I will admit though that this appliance has 2 large risks, burns and fires. Everything gets very hot on this machine while it is cooking. At that point, you have a high chance of getting a burn from accidentally touching or bumping it. Then, once the unit is off, it is hard to find a safe place to place the hot coiled top. Counters are only safe with certain stones, otherwise, you have to place it on your oven/cook top, or try and balance it upside-down.
I do love this airfryer and think this is a great set. I think this could replace an oven if you find yourself in that situation. there are safety concerns with the design, but with that taken into account, I would still recommend this item, but with caution. This wouldn’t be great in a house with young children or cats that get on counter, however, for the young college student, or young adult in their first apartment, this would be a huge game changer. I do think $160 is expensive for what it is, and I would like to see the price closer to $120 to make it a real bargain.
A great air fryer! Its quality is excellent and very comparable to name brand options which cost more. The glass bottom is a high quality thick glass and I love that so many components are dishwasher, freezer safe. The air fryer arrived super well packaged and the directions were easy to understand and very simple. I’m so excited to use this regularly for quick and easy meals. I’m also obsessed with this color. I was worried that if the quality wasn’t great then having a mint green fryer would make it seem even more cheap, however the quality of the machine so great that the mint green makes it seem very bespoke and high end. Super happy with my new toy and will recommend readily!
I love to cook but I’ve never really warmed up to air fryers. I know that many people love them but I’ve always thought that they’re never the ‘best tool for the job’. Sure, you can use less oil and eat healthier which is something I guess but there are other ways to do that. If you’re serious about cooking and care about things like taste and texture you’ll never be able to match a basic frying pan. I’ve never found them particularly convenient and most air fryers are unecessarily huge.
I’ve got plenty of MAGNIFIQUE products and ordered this to revisit the air fryer. Maybe I just missed something the first time around. I figured that at the very least I’d have a product that did it right. First of all, kudos to the clever design of the fryer. Instead of a monolithic device taking up space on your kitchen counter, this device is basically two well made and versatile borosilicate glass pots (4.5 QT and 2.5 QT). You can never have too many of those. They magically transform into an air fryer by putting the glass pots on a base and covering them with the frying component. It’s actually a very compact and long overdue form factor.
MAGNIFIQUE also de-emphasizes all of the ‘cook anything in an air fryer’ hype. Instead, they focus on what air fryers can do well: air fry, bake and two re-crisping functions called Re-Crisp and MaxCrisp. IMO, the best use of an air fryer is reheating leftovers and roasting veggies in small matches. This fryer handles both tasks extremely well. Air fryers are also the best way to reheat french fries and that alone justifies their existence. Cleanup is also easy–the glass pots are dishwasher safe and the base and frying element can be hand cleaned. It’s even fairly quiet, something I thought I’d never say about an air fryer.
So props to MAGNIFIQUE for re-thinking the air fryer. I used the glass pots in countless other ways and the rest of the unit is compact and easy to store. Just for reheating leftovers and re-crisping french fries it’s worth having in the kitchen. Clever design with the usual high quality execution you can expect from MAGNIFIQUE. They even sell it at a very reasonable price point relative to other brands. Very highly recommended!
I already have an air fryer but I was intrigued by the engineering and operation of this glass fryer. I decided to run some potato slices just to see how well it functioned but didn’t realize that I had set it on bake rather than air fry as I had intended. I ran it for about 15 minutes and found that it did a decent job at baking the potato wedges which were almost cooked at the time of review. I then decided to run it through an additional 5 minutes of air fry to try to crisp it up a little bit more. It did a good job bubbling up the potato skin the way I like my potato slices. I found that I could increase the time as needed on the lid button control panel. It also will chime when the cook process has finished, though it didn’t seem to have a halfway cook chime to alert you to stir or flip which mine does and I miss. Overall, the appliance was easy to use and directions were clear-cut. I appreciate the fact that you can see your items while cooking and checking and stirring them is pretty easy. Once you take the top off The lid, after turning it off, which disengages the locking safety mechanism, it cleans up extremely well as well compared to my other air fryer which is lovely. I really like the fact it comes with two optional size glass dishes which also can function as your food serving in storage vessel as the set comes with a optional lid that fits both dishes. I have not tried all the settings as of yet, but I am pretty intrigued by the fact that there is a re-crisp setting that I can’t wait to try on leftovers. This has pretty much the same options as my off-brand name air fryer except that I do not have the bake function or re-crisp on my air fryer. I did find that my air fryer seemed to cook faster than this air fryer did, but I ran it on air fry from the beginning and did a 10-minute cook which may explain the discrepancies between the two appliances. This is presently priced at $159 which is probably within fair market value for brand name air fryers though a good $60 more expensive than mine. That being said, however, it takes up more space and offers additional settings I do not have on my other air fryer in addition to easy functioning and cleanup options making the price difference reasonable. I love the fact it does not take up nearly as much room as my air fryer which definitely saves on counter space. All in all, I have no issues with this air fryer at this time and feel that it’s a pretty good quality appliance to upgrade your kitchen. The seafoam green color I received. I absolutely adore.
