Product description
This set of two cotton towels are soft, thick, and have a cute blue stripe design. I like using beach towels as my bath towel, so these work perfect for that. They absorb water well and are damage free when I put them in my towel warmer. The size is that of typical beach towels but it isn’t super wide, but it is a little short im length than me like less than 5ft at least.
This is my 4th Loon & Lake beach towel. I have previously purchased three of their sand resistant towels and loved them. This one is no exception, I love it. It is by far the best beach towel I have come across. They are thick and tightly woven; the size of 40×70 (Actual size is 38×69 inches) is more than adequate for a lounge chair or to stretch out on a beach or pool deck with room for both you and your essentials on top of it and they wash and wear great. I recommend washing in cold and tumbling on low for a few minutes as these are 100% cotton and they can shrink about 1.5 inches or so in length. They are extremely colorfast in cold water, no bleeding of the color onto the white stripes at all. This year’s stripe selection is beautiful; I ordered the multi-colored blues, and it is gorgeous. One side is a very smooth and plush velvet feel, and the reverse is a short tight terry loop that has the stripes there, too. The edges are all tight-woven finished and hemmed and the sides are double sewn to keep them from un-raveling over time. There have been comments about this not being absorbent, but in reality, the thicker and more tightly woven the towel, the less absorbent it will be. I consider this a towel for laying on, with the added bonus that you can use it for drying, if it is required. The pricing cannot be beat for a towel of this quality. Last year I looked at a number of well-known brand name beach towels for 2-3 times the cost of the Loon & Lake and they didn’t come even close to the quality of this one. I do not mean to over-sell this, but it is just an extremely excellent quality beach/pool towel. Highly recommend it, do not hesitate to get it.
Soft, Thick & Perfect for Pool or Hot Springs
I absolutely love these towels! I’ve purchased Loon & Lake towels before, so when I saw these offered, I jumped on them. The quality did not disappoint. They are thick, super soft, and have a beautiful design that really stands out.
They work great for the pool, beach, or hot springs, and they feel very plush and comfortable. After washing, they still hold their shape and softness really well. Definitely a great set of luxury towels!
I love this towel. It’s absolutely enormous, which is exactly what I was looking for. Soft, fluffy, and very absorbent, it feels more luxurious than most beach towels. The quality is excellent, and it’s perfect for the beach, pool, or just relaxing in the backyard. I’d definitely buy another one.
I wanted soft beach towels and was afraid of getting microfiber junk. These are the absolute best!!!! They are so soft and THICK! I washed them and they didn’t shed or lose their shape. They are absolutely perfect! The price is unbeatable for the quality. I plan on buying more now for boating and the beach.
