Easy install, kit came with everything needed Was hesitant about replacing torsion spring myself at first. But after watching a few different youtube videos figured I would give it a shot. The kit came with everything needed, winding bars fit and worked well. I didn’t use the gloves as most recommended against it in the videos. Wasn’t too bad of a job, just be careful and take your time. Most difficult part is getting everything calibrated. I ended up over winding and had to back off a couple 1/4 turns.

Ceci comprend les bars pour bander le ressort juste les les banques cote 25 $, juste les barres de ressort, hsitez pas commander sinon vous pouvez les retourner.
Built Tough I had no trouble replacing 3 old door springs after one failed on me. This product is as well built as you’d want for something so dangerous/powerful. The winding rods are strong and the locking bolts seem to be quality hardware. They fit perfectly.
Great product and exceptional value for the money Great product. Very well built. Great value as I got TWO springs for less than the price of one at a local garage door store. While I don’t expect to have to use them on this garage door ever again, love that it came with two torque rods which made the installation go so much faster and smoother. Would definitely recommend this to others that need to replace their garage springs.
This item is amazing - But safety first. Follow instructions or have a handyman or professional My garage door stopped opening and I noticed my door spring had broken. The house is less than 5 years old so I was surprised. Also I was confused by Left hand wind and Right hand Wind. The garage door winding was on the right but I learned I needed a left hand wind. I ordered this. It is something you have to be very careful when installing as you can injure yourself in not paying attention. The item is the correct legnth for what I needed and was very solid. Be careful when opening the ziptie not to let it wack you with the pressure. Installation was straght forward I had some issues with the side supports coming loose but it was easily adjusted and I hadn’t given this enough tension so I had to wind it up a few more times but the garage opens correctly now. I have a 2 car garage with a 9 ft garge door. This item was about 2 ft long and works great I highly recommend.
However- If you are unsure about doing this on your own I recommend having a professional or someone who is handy help for safety. Whenever working with high torsion springs you are taking a risk that could result in injury or death. Be safe and follow the instructions

The included winding bars worked great and the spring itself appears to be high quality. Instillation was easy and the kit included instructions, but i highly recommend that you watch a few professional walkthroughs on you tube to help with the process. While the process was simple and straight forward, PLEASE FOLLOW ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, as carelessness could be deadly when you are talking about high tension springs and heavy doors.
