Blocks glare effectively.
This laptop sun shade has made working outside much easier. It significantly reduces glare and reflections, improving screen visibility even in bright conditions.
The lightweight design folds flat for easy transport, sets up in seconds, and fits my 15 inch laptop well. Conveniently, the sun shade’s angle is adjustable, the top can be raised or lowered to accommodate where the light is coming from. My one complaint is that the top feels like it is made from flimsy cardboard (see pictures). At this price point a more rigid piece, such as plastic, would be much better
I ordered this sun shade for when I use my laptop on my balcony, and it functions well. While it doesn’t eliminate glare completely, it greatly improves visibility and helps keep the laptop cooler.
Finally, the shade folds into a pretty thin satchel size case (with a handle) which fits perfectly into my backpack and doesn’t take up too much room.
I feel like the shade is a bit expensive at its current price, especially considering the flimsy construction. But it definitely works as advertised.
Convenient Laptop Sun Shade
What a wonderful invention! I was grateful to discover this Sun Shade for laptops. I didn’t know it existed. Usually when I want to work outside on my computer, I just move and struggle with folders and papers to get adequate shade to see my screen. This makes it so that I can comfortably sit wherever without the fuss. It is lightweight, soft, easily zips up to be stored and an absolutely wonderful convenience. I’m glad that I have it.
Sun Shade & Slim Computer Case!
This Laptop Sun Shade is versatile! It can be used indoors or outdoors. In addition to shielding your laptop from the sun, you can use this case to transport your laptop.
I primarily purchased it for indoor use but will use it outdoors as well. I have a large glass wall in my kitchen, which makes it impossible to use my laptop at the kitchen bar top in the evening sun. Without this sunshade, the bright direct sunlight makes it impossible to see my screen. With this sunshade, I can work on my computer without squinting or experiencing eye strain.
This case works very well. It effectively blocks the sun’s rays and reduces screen glare. It is lightweight at less than 2 lbs., is easy to set up and take down, folds flat for easy storage and transport, and can also be used as a computer carrying case. It is large and fits most laptop computers.
I have given it a 4-star rating because it effectively performs as claimed and meets my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others or purchase it again if needed.
Can work outside
This is a really nice sun shade. It works great for my laptop. It’s super easy to set up and use. It’s lightweight. It’s compact so I can carry it anywhere I need to. The size of it is really nice. It comes out far enough so that my screen is shaded so I can easily see it. Using this allows me to work outside and I love it. The materials used are thick and durable. They feel soft and flexible to touch. It is easy to wipe off. I like how it all zips together nicely compact. The zipper glides nicely and stays closed when I zip a truck. This is make a nice gift to give someone. The price value for the product quality is really good.
Handy oversized laptop sunshade with carry handle
This laptop sun shade for working outside does an excellent job of providing shade on your laptop screen. Results are definitely improved significantly depending on which direction you face but that should be obvious. I really like that the sun shade doubles as a carry case and had a decent carry handle and minor if not great padding to protect your laptop. It is more than big enough to fit very large laptops and would swallow up the smaller all in one / tablet style laptops most of us use these days. As you can see in my pics it fit my gaming laptop without a problem, not that I would normally risk taking it outside. Some minor room for improvement. This thing is huge. It has ample room for accessories since it double as a carry case. Some extra zipper pockets would be useful. Due to its size and weight, especially once you toss a full size laptop inside, a shoulder strap would be a nice addition instead of just a handle. Otherwise a useful and well made item at a fair price point. No obvious quality issues found.
