Product description
These neoprene mic belts work extremely well for student performers. They protect the packs, absorb sweat, and stay in place under costumes without needing extra belts or tape. The antidrop strap is a nice touch and keeps the transmitter secure even with active blocking or dance. For youth and high school theatre, these are a huge improvement over the usual DIY solutions. Great value for the price.
Perfect belts for my Shure UHF-J1 system.
Cast liked them and said they were comfy. The have a little bit of give, but not “stretchy” by any means. They DO NOT extend long enough for cast members with 40+ waist size.
The stitching has started to pop on a couple already, but for the price I can’t complain.
Excellent, but you need patience when adjusting.
I own about 50 of these pouches now. I use them for high school and college theater. They work out very well for me. I feel I should point out the one negative… It definitely takes some finesse to get them adjusted properly. If you simply pull the straps through the buckles, you will tear the stitching.
I have had some actors that are a bit too large around the middle for these belts. I actually took some of my retired pouches and cut the straps to make small extensions. That worked very well.
