I ordered several (actually MANY) quilts from Amazon hoping to find one that captured the look I was going for in our bedroom. I also purchase (and returned) a couple of very expensive quilts from Pottery Barn. This was the clear winner. It is good quality – looks almost hand-stitched, is cotton, and has a decent weight to it. I also purchased the pillows at amazon, along with the gray throw at the foot of the bed, for a fraction of the cost of the quilt alone from PB. I’m very pleased and all the rest went back.

We really love this bedspread. It goes well with the boho theme in the main suite; I’ve added different accents (curtains, pillows, blankets) in blue and off-white/cream, and, of course lots of plants, to create a serene space. The spread is big and drapes down the sides. It’s pretty lightweight, and because I need weight on me to sleep, I put a heavy wool blanket on my side underneath the spread. (Yes, even in the summer; some of you will get this.) Our bed is high so we did get a navy dust ruffle to hide all the stuff we slide under the bed!

The perfect weight for summer! The design is very pleasing to the eye and uplifting. The washability is a big plus as well as feel of the cotton. It was the 100% cotton filling that sold me, the construction looks and feels quite durable suitable for layering in the cooler weather.
