Easy to install. Only need screwdriver and small wrench. No drilling. Puts the lid at more of an angle than I thought but nice to not have to mess with the lid. Flip up and down. Works good.
Everything fit the grill just fine. The only problem I had was the hexagon bolts supplied to attach the lid to the hinge plates would not fit in the holes drilled in the hinge plate. To correct this I used a-/4 inch drill and drilled the hole out and then the bolts fit perfectly.
I was very happy with this handle and hinge kit for my Blackstone griddle. It is a simple upgrade that makes a big difference in the overall usability of the hard cover. The wooden handle adds a nice touch and feels much more comfortable and sturdy compared to the original setup.
Installation was quick and easy with the no-drill clamp-on design. The hardware fit securely, and I appreciated not having to modify my griddle or cover to install it. The hinges operate smoothly, allowing the lid to open and close more easily while staying in the correct position.
